7 We booked through the hotel itself for 2 rooms, 1 with kitchenette.
When we got there they had given our rooms away.
The manager came down and started yelling at my wife because he THOUGHT we booked online.
But we booked over the phone with the receptionist at the hotel.
We left.
This was about 4 years ago and we go up alot for the allegheny national forest atv trails.
We have stayed there before but
We will drive the 3 hours up and back before we will we stay here, I have never seen a more rude manager.
Hopefully management has changed since then.
Very friendly atmosphere. Could use bacon.sausage.eggs and gravy for breakfast tho. That would make it perfect
Staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable beds. Easy access location. Close parking.
The service was great. They only charged 10$ for a pet, but you have to reserve or request pet friendly rooms. I've had hotels charge up to 60$ per night for pets. Room was clean, water was hot! Had a fridge but no microwave. There is a fire pit in back, area for dogs to roam and breakfast was good that morning.
Having been some days in preparation a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
And tonight Mr Kite is topping the bill
I cannot thank the staff enough at this location for being so courteous and generous to me. I got towed here after getting stuck in winter weather and they went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. It was a terrible day, but they made it so much better. Thank you all!
Nice, clean. I left my jacket there and they held it for me for 2 weeks until I could get back to get it
