Dirty, Dirty. No TV for 3 nights cable out. Trash in hallways all day seems to never get picked up. Carpets are in really sad shape and need to be cleaned/replaced. I don't thing they even vacuum them. This place needs compete make over. Its not a place to hold a meeting. Room fair new paint, odd to have laminate flooring redone (may not have vacuum to clean with?)

It is ok but I hsd to hsve a room change because the sheets appeared to be used in the first room. Otherwise it was clean

The pool was nice. I liked the kiddie pool. The room was ok except for the big spider that came out when I turned the lights off. Good thing my 2 year old son has good eyes because the spider was about to be on my 3 year old daughter. I just hope they add extermination to their housekeeping services.

Pictures of this place online are very deceiving. Staff was very nice when you first check in. We had 3 families check in at different times. The rooms were not like the pictures. The bathrooms were filthy. The tubs had burn marks on them. The floors were sticky throughout the room. My sister wiped the floor with a wet towel and the towel was black. The microwave and half the outlets did not work. The smell of cigarette and weed smoke throughout the hotel was terrible. I personally feel that this is a shelter hotel. I left something behind in the room and trying to get ahold of someone there was impossible. 4th time calling I was told "I'm glad you called back" even though I left my name and number for someone to call me back. Yes it was my fault for leaving something behind but I am calling to claim my belongings. The pool area was clean and refreshing. Actually best part of this whole place. I wish I would have read more of the reviews before booking here. For the price we all paid definitely not worth it.

Checked in late at night and the customer service rep at the check in desk was oddly hostile, belittled me for following the written instructions on the check in firm instead of her verbal instructions, and chastised us for choosing to wear a mask during check in.

I was hired to be a photographer for a wedding at this venue. From start to finish, this venue was a huge disappointment to the bride and groom. The day before the wedding, the bride and groom were informed that the Grande Ballroom that they reserved was not going to be available because the hotel overbooked and would need it for another wedding. So, they put us in another room that was smaller. Then was told at rehearsal that the bride should have had the room decorated already, when she paid for the hotel to set it up and decorate. They said they were understaffed and she and her bridesmaids would have to set up and decorate the night before her wedding.
The day of the wedding, the bride had planned to do "first look" photos and group shots with all her wedding party out at the gazebo on the hotel property. We planned to do it at 1: 30pm and have plenty of time before the actual ceremony. Well an hour before we were to go out there and take photos, the hotel staff were out there decorating the gazebo and setting it up for another wedding party.
Then they told us we needed to be quick and rushed us through because they had another wedding party that needed it for photos.
I have not even begun to talk about the "wedding coordinator" who works for the hotel. She was rude, unorganized and not helpful at all. This small room they moved the couple's wedding to was so small that she decided the wedding party would walk into the ceremony and then go sit at their reception table because the room was too small for them to stand during the ceremony. In fact, the vendor table was in an entirely different room away from the wedding!
I'm sure I can think of more things to write, but I am guessing this is enough to sway anyone from utilizing this venue.

Staying was very nasty, and do not recommend it for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. I paid extra for dogs and my dogs are well behaved. But the room was nasty, tub was cracked ans clogged, air vent in air conditioner was very disgusting, bugs the walls ans ceilings were never wiped. We had a peeping tom at the pool our 2nd day there and manager acted like she was going to take care of that situation but never communicated back.
Also they say breakfast is provided but muffins, oranges, granola bars and water is not breakfast especially with kids. The money I paid for 5nights wasn't worth it. They make pictures seem its a really nice hotel it might be for a few nights but not a family stay.

The staff is wonderful, the rooms are redone and nice. The breakfast was acceptable. It doesn't have am elevator but the pool is large. This is an older hotel and maybe a different experience. Now hotels are smaller footprint. I gave 4 stars because the hallways are dated and somewhat the building. The sister hotel Hampton is just as nice with a smaller pool.

Upon check-in there was five buckets leading to the front desk collecting water that was dripping from the ceiling.
1st room I checked into did not have a toilet that worked upon checking in the room. After getting changed for bed and laying down only to find the has a gully in the center. When I contacted the front desk the front desk clerk he insisted on coming to the room so that he could see the bed himself. He agreed and proceeded to tell me that I had to go back to the front desk to exchange the key. Keep in mind the room was no where near the front desk.
2nd room change
After the key was exchanged, the second room smelled of smoke so bad that I called the maid in the hallway in to the room. She agreed the room smelled like an ash tray and called the front desk to change rooms once again.
3rd room change
After checking into my third room it appeared everything was in working order until I went into the bathroom and try to shut the door. The door would not shut it, but at this point I was to tired to change rooms for a 4th time. In the morning when I went to shave at the vanity outside the bathroom I partially filled the sink with water only to find out the water stopper did not go up to allow the water to drain out of the sink.
Overall experience was very dissatisfying.

Only reason for 2 stars was how nice the front desk person was. Our group had a block of rooms & all were atrocious.everyone left 1st thing in the am.

Prior to booking this hotel i read the reviews.and they were great. We planned a trip to dorney park and this place was about 20 min away, great reviews and reasonably priced. I mean they do weddings there. We get there and there were a couple of shady people there.one guy looked as if he passed out on the floor in front of a room. We were given the key- door wpuldnt open. Walked back downstairs, given another set of keys and again didnt work. Finally the desk clerk came up and after several tries it opened. Then our door wouldn't lock, the tv remote didnt work. Called front desk said he would send maintenance. Waited about 10 min and went to call front desk and the phone wasnt working. The maintenance came as soon as that happened and was able to fix eveything. So - the people working there were great. The room was nice but will never go back again. We were about to just pick up n leave if they couldnt fix the door, etc. Oh and the sign on the hotel didnt say sure stay.which added a bit to our hesitance.

Awful Don't stay here. Dirty, room, pool, their were 2 broken Umbrellas at the pool the water was dirty, cold. It Took us several tries to get our room door open with the key, 5 days of hell, they won't clean the room because of Covid19 BS they don't have enough help, you had to walk all the way down to the lobby to get towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, they told my husband they would bring down wash rags never came and when I asked at the desk I got two hand towels. They should have paid us to stay there.

Poor hotel communication about cleaning room once every 6 days: exercise facility enables one guest at a time not followed during my stay: hard to get towels laundry bags etc: cigarette butts at doorways: desk staff less than informative hallways dirty

THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE. The floors are sticky, cobwebs EVERYWHERE, dim dull lighting, disgusting carpet. This hotel looks like it has appeared in The First 48! Do Not Stay Here! The cigarette smell in the carpet.ugh! AND they had the nerve to be stingy with towels.

It is a place to lay your head. No more than that. Don’t expect too much when you come. Rooms have been renovated, but on a budget for sure. Quality is not good. Bathroom hasn’t been touched. Mold growing. Room is musty. Staff is very friendly. Very helpful. But this hotel
Needs to be blown up and rebuilt. I don’t understand the 5 stars. Since when is 5 stars adequate? 5 stars Should be the Ritz or higher. Not the Surestay Plus in Bethlehem, PA.:)

Newly redone from what I was told. We were there for dog show and they were very helpful. Hopefully they will have the restaurant open since it was closed due to Covid. We will be back next year for our annual National Specialty.
