Everytime they come out I see mice within two months. They just throw poison around in the basement and that’s it.

A proper response would have been. We are sorry you had a bad experience with us. How can we make it better. This is very unprofessional.

We bought a "fixer upper" home, and a mouse infestation was one of many things we needed professional help with right away. I gave Susan a call because her marketing/web presence is very warm and welcoming, and I wanted to support a family/woman-owned business. I am SO glad I did. She is friendly, non-judgmental, and knowledgable. As I was explaining the situation, she pulled up my address online and talked me through the likely scenarios given its location, size, and age. She sent Tom out to deal with the problem within a few days (it was a non-emergency). He identified likely entry points and how to seal them, adjusted his baiting approach because we have dogs, and answered all of our questions. Afterwards, Susan even referred me to a friend/client of hers who can help us with cleaning. This level of kindness and local knowledge is why I am glad I called Susan rather than a major national company.

Don’t recommend! Scam scam scam! Sprays sugar water around you home to keep paying them to come back! Be aware!

I had two exterminations and I still have roaches. I don't know what formula they use but it doesn't work. The exterminator was very nice though, the service suck!

I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from Susan's recently when we suddenly had what felt like an army of mice living in the walls of our row home - it was terrifying (despite none of them actually showing their faces outside of the walls until the morning of our appointment).

She would have given us a same-day appointment when I called if we were able to make it work but we had too much going on and scheduled it for the next afternoon. Maggie was our technician and did an amazing job. She walked me through exactly what was going to happen after she left (when the mice would start becoming more visible, how they'd react to the bait, etc) and I was still skeptical because there just sounded like there were so many. Well, every single word she said was spot on and after 2 weeks, we stopped hearing all sounds of them and after 4 weeks, Maggie came back for a follow up visit and all signs of life are gone! I am FLOORED at how fast this was resolved!

I'd give them 7 or 8 stars if I could.

Excellent service and communication! Quick response! Very honest, friendly and affordable prices from this family owned business! I called for a termite inspection and they came right out the next day. Only charged us $85 which was much less than some of the other quotes I had received for $150 - $195. Got my report, receipt and certificate immediately after inspection was done. Would highly recommend!

A property I take care of was infested with termites. I looked around for pricing for the home owners. Susan's Exterminating answered all my questions and requests. They arrived on time, they charged a fair amount (extremely happy with the pricing). They also gave a warranty for a year which other companies didn't. I must say" they went above and beyond " Thank you guys!

I have been a customer for many years. Their service is 5 star. Always on time & their extermination process is very good. Pet friendly.

Susan was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the problems. She was able to schedule an appointment with me quicker then I thought was possible before I called. She did more then she needed to do to be helpful
