Love sqcd. But everytime I get the 3 oil changes (with tire rotation) package i never seem to get the tire rotation? And i get the coupon off the mopar web site. And Tina was helping the service advisor on Dec 23 to get the correct package. But something went wrong again. Was not fair Tina was blaming the service advisor that is no longer there when she was helping him.

Took a 2015 Jetta 100k miles to get a trade in value ironically just serviced by VW Lancaster oil, brakes and inspection was told there calculations value my car at 2100$ but will do my a favor and offer 3000 said my brakes feel weird WHAT A JOKE vw Lancaster offered me 7k as a trade in and even apple in redlion offered me 7k was just hoping to get a certain car that dodge had

Diagnosed my jeep for a rough start and did a recall repair. Fixed my issue, had it back to me quickly and under what I was initially quoted.

Shady as f#% financed vehcile they called saying everything looked good and then i called a couple days later and they said it was SOLD also very rude staff or lack there of!

The people at this dealership are kind, and genuine. Bottom line is they care, and being treated like family makes the experience. I underestimated a problem with my car on a Friday night, and they did everything in their power to take care of me. They'll have my loyalty.

I had a fantastic experience at Susquehanna Auto. They were not your typical salesman. They were not pushy, but supportive and laid back. Took my Jeep in for an oil change, and they put another cars dipstick back in. Later that week I went to check my transmission fluid and checked my oil as well. The oil stick wasn't long enough they put someone elses stick in my jeep. Also u tell them your there for one service and they try to charge u for several services.

For five stars one would think I drove out of there happy with a new Jeep. Nope! Didn't work out for me but I won't forget the reps. Very good people. Eric. Good man. I would say that was a good experience which is what its all about anyway.

Very good experience! Finally got the car I have been wanting for a long time. Happy someone took time to show me how to use some features and actually ask what I want rather than selling me a car that didnt have what I wanted.

Upon arrival I was unaware of the new facility. I got out in the rain when I could have gotten out inside the building. The Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have always enjoyed my experience at Susquehanna but they managed to make it even better.

This place was Awsome! Dam good dealership and pleasant workers in their service department were super nice, willing to bend-over-backwards to assist you. I’ve NEVER been to a dealership service dept.that was this nice and GOOD At THEIR JOBS! I plan on taking -ALL! - of my Chrysler products to them for future service. And anybody taking their vehicles to any other dealership is a Dam-Fool for not trying susquehanna!

Talked with a salesman and He was insulting. I wouldn't buy from here, and I always buy local. But not here
