I just love Dr. Holland. She discusses options and comes up with your plan of care. She carefully explains everything that is about to happen. She also allows you to make the choice.

First time there. Front desk personnel very nice. People in back very friendly. Doctor very nice! Overall I would give a 10.

Dr Holland was very kind and thoughtful and I felt completely at ease with her. I would recommend her to anyone needing oral surgery. She genuinely cares about her patients!

I really was impressed with everyone in this office from the receptionist who was very helpful with the paperwork. To the assistant helping out the surgeon, she was helpful with me making my decision. The Doctor was professional and cared about your concerns.

Dr. Boyle is fantastic! His office staff and the fellow professionals who assist him are stellar. I wish I’d found Dr. Boyle sooner, but, he’s helping me now, and it’s been “life changing”. Please do not retire early, Dr. Boyle!

Arrived with my paperwork ready Tricia the surgical coordinator and Dr. Boyle were very professional.and expeditiously covered the procedure and treatment plan for my extraction and implant. Everything was explained in great detail and I really appreciate their warm and welcoming disposition. I highly recommend them, they are truly dedicated to patients comfort and well-being.

Update 9/13/23 1 week post surgical follow-up:
Root canal and bone graft went extremely well: no pain, no excessive bleeding - stellar attributes of Dr. Boyle’s great surgical skills and expertise. Will be back in 4 months for next follow-up. Dr. Boyle and his staff made me feel comfortable throughout the post surgery process, and explained everything so well.

My experience at Susquehanna Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was a very positive one. I needed two dental implants which were completed by Dr. James Boyle.
Dr. Boyle and the staff explained everything to be done at each visit, answered all questions and were most courteous.
The offices are very attractive, comfortable, and easily accessible. I would certainly recommend them for your dental needs.

When I had the tooth removed all went well. When I came back because I was having an issue-which was not something they caused, the receptionist was just awful. She let us wait to check in for 15 minutes while she talked to got paperwork for someone else. She easily could have just asked us what the name was an appointment time, but she didn’t. I missed my appointment time because of it.

Dr. Danielle is amazing. She explains everything thoroughly and uses her skills to make it as comfortable as possible which is greatly appreciated when feeling anxious. Thank you.

I had 4 teeth remove one of which was a wisdom tooth. Dr. Holland did a wonderful job. And my preoperative nurse was absolutely amazing. She was informative of what was happening. She just did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable with the entire process.

If I could leave zero stars I would. From the moment I stepped into this office, the front desk staff specifically the older woman was rude and very dismissive on my first appointment and others that followed. Dr Boyle also spoke down to me and showed no bedside manner when talking to me. Prior to my biopsy I was not told about any complications that could happen and just handed paperwork that I was told to review. (The procedure ended up killing the nerve in my tooth so now I need a root canal that costs $900). While I was being prepped to be sedated for my biopsy I did not see the doctor or the CRNA until AFTER the laughing gas had been put on me. The lady who was also supposed to be monitoring me with the laughing gas kept leaving the room because she stated she was also sensitive to it (not a smart person to assign to give laughing gas in my opinion). When I was in the recovery area still loopy from the anesthesia the young lady working there had given me instructions about ibuprofen that she expected me to remember when I was loopy and didn't inform my driver either. So when I got a notification a few hours later that I had ibuprofen ready for me at the pharmacy I was pretty surprised. When I came back for my results I was handed the results without the doctor present and had to wait 20 minutes with the paper in my hand wondering if what was on the paper was bad news or not. Two weeks later after getting my results the doctor called me to "go over my results" to which I responded "Didn't we do that when I was in 2 weeks ago? " He clearly had forgotten we had talked about the results and proceeded to say he also wanted to check up on me again. Also because everything is billed through the doctor I got screwed over on my anesthesia that the CRNA did and received a bill for over $900. My insurance won't cover the doctor giving me anesthesia, but the CRNA did my anesthesia.

This was a wonderful experience. Everything was explained to me in a very clear, concise way. I was very worried about what this experience would bring, but the staff and Dr. Holland took a lot of time to ease my fears and were so kind in addition to being very informative. I was so impressed and look forward to resolving my dental issues at last.

I have been calling all day trying to make an appointment no one answers the phone it says online they close at 3 today but now the voicemail says 2 someone should probably update times

From the initial call to make the appointment, to the ladies in the reception area, Trisha-Implant Coordinator, and Dr Boyle, my experience for implant consultation was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
