Very dissatisfied with these people my wife went in on a referral and they wouldn't pull her tooth that has her cheek swelling and excruciating pain wouldn't recommend them at all for dental work

I’ve been to other dentists and this is by far my fav. Just respect their time and they will take good care of you. Shout out to Julie for cleaning my teeth.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My appointment was at 3 and I waited until after 5 before I saw a dentist. I was treated very poorly and made to feel inhuman. I wasn't given a quote on the work I need outside of "It's not free. " And ". A few thousand dollars. " I wouldn't go back here if my life depended on it.

These people NEVER answer the phone, then if you go in to ask or talk about what you were calling them about, they have the audacity to ask “did you call ahead of time” like YES! Thirty times to be exact with no response!

Never answers their phones, I’ve been trying to call for 3 weeks now, multiple days/times a week and I always get their voicemail and I have left messages and they never call back.

I had pretty low expectations, given these terrible reviews that are on here. But I had no problems. Everyone was nice. Didn’t have to wait at all. There are signs all over the place instructing people how to be generally decent human beings: ie “cancel in advance, please don’t no show” and “no cell phone use at the window”. I take it they probably have to deal with a lot of lousy behavior here. My sympathy is more with the staff at this point than the people on here leaving poor reviews. Be nice, arrive early if you have paperwork to fill out, follow instructions and ask questions if you need something clarified. It’s not hard.

My only problem is they never answered they phone calls. Been calling from Monday and all now nobody answered my calls or returned my message.

Hello! I’ve been coming here for four years, when I got pregnant with my son they took excellent care of my teeth and cared greatly for me during that time I’ve continued to go and I never have had bad experience. Dr Lara is amazing! They all are really great there I suffer from chronic panic attacks and one time I went in there my nerves were wreck I was puking ibs episode all from panic attack. They helped relax me than we rescheduled without any repercussions of cancelling. They truly take great care of you and always answers any questions you may anything! It is one of my favorite dentist I hope I don’t ever have to find new one!

Was treated with respect by every person I spoke with. Julio Lara DDS was direct and to the point. I personally appreciate this demeanor.

I bring my Five children here for their dental needs. I have only had good experiences. All of my children do not mind coming for dental work which means the world to me because that tells me they feel safe and confident in the dental staff to be as gentle and kind as humanly possible. Even if there is a wait which has happened, the staff is always kind and the waits are not unreasonable. Patience is needed with everyone and this place is definitely worth the wait. Thank you to all the Staff and Dentist's and assistance at Sasquhanna River Valley Dental health clinic.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve been coming here for a little over two years now and I have had probably 4 to 6 appointments canceled by them because their dentist couldn’t be in that day or they over scheduled and then when they reschedule me it’s not for months out and there’s no cancellation list so you have to call in every single day to see if there’s any kind of cancellation and nobody ever picks up the phone literally ever and you can’t leave a message because their voicemail box is full. This is probably the most unprofessional business I’ve ever had to deal with. They have no respect and never take anything serious.

Worst dentist I have ever been to they do not answer the phone they lost my x rays IV been dealing with a dental emergency and they won't answerr or call me back. Anyone know how I can go higher up and make a complaint or talk to someone about them?

Just cancelled an appointment on me, the day prior to my appointment & can't get me in for another month now & I know there isa bad tooth that needs dealt with, great service here! NOT!

This is the slowest dentist I’ve ever been to. I’ve been sitting in the chair for 45 min now waiting for the dentist and he was only looking at my X-ray. Not happy at all

Went here for my denture process, everyone was always very nice and never had any issues. My teeth came out beautifully. I'm very thankful for them and what they do!

Honestly, when I first went in for my general oral exam and cleaning, my expectations were low, but everyone that took care of me were absolutely wonderful and nice! Very thorough care from the dental assistant (I sadly did not catch her name) and Dr. Julio Lara. They got me in quickly even as a new patient (lucked out with taking a cancellation spot) and treated me great! Fast and effective service from all. Thank you so much!:) I’m glad I called!

I tried calling on behalf of my client to see if I could reach anyone for an appointment. She has tried calling for nearly two weeks and no answer. No one has called her back either. I had no luck today either after calling several times. Seems like it's not worth it.

They schedule appointments and leave you waiting 45 minutes after your appointment time was supposed to be. Then leave you waiting in the room another 45 minutes for a dentist who is literally just supposed to take a look at your teeth. Ridiculous

Don't go to this dental office they are slow the try to get money out of you instead of using your insurance all they do is sit and talk no work then give appointments 4 months later really

My three stars are because I am neutral. It wasn't the worst nor the best but it was alright. I was there in the fall of 2021. I had to have all me teeth pulled, top and bottom. They did x-rays and checked my mouth over thoroughly and decided that I would do better to go to Geisinger and have them surgically removed. The dentist was nice, nurse was nice and receptionist was nice. They were however very factful, upfront and yes some would say rude. I felt that it was because they were very busy. They see a lot of patients and aren't always able to take the time needed to be extra friendly. Also, as for the receptionist, on the day I was there, there was a family that came in with three small children. Now if you've been there then you already know that it is a small space. This couple ignored the kids who were running around and screaming and getting into things and playing in the bathroom wasting paper towels and toilet paper. The receptionist held her tongue, I wouldn't have, and asked if the would like to wait in the upstairs waiting room. I don't know how she stayed so calm.
