Fine bank, terrible phone app. Swapped banks due to the inconvenience. The bank also constantly blocked all of my payments out of the country (even when I called numerous times to not have them blocked, even went in person and they still block them every time).

I highly recommend SVFCU. If you are looking for financing, I would definitely consider them as my first choice just because of their speedy and also extremely friendly and understanding customer service. I did not get the loan I was seeking due to my current credit situation however from start to finish, Amber was on top of everything and worked quick and very efficiently through the entire process to try and help me and even suggested alternate options for me to look into. I'm leaving 5 stars just because despite being denied in the end, I was still very impressed by their service and professionalism and will be coming back to this credit union for future financing needs once my credit is where I need it to be. I am even considering joining as a member due to being unsatisfied with my current credit union. Thank you SVFCU for all your help!

I am so happy with my credit union for helping me with my problem I was having. No bank would’ve been that nice.

I am the third generation from my family that have been going to this bank. I have never had a single issue. I have never been displeased. This bank and the people that work here have always explained and taught me what i need. Thank you to everyone that works here.
