This is the best experience I've had going to a dealership! Maria in the service department is the kindest person I've ever met! She was quick with getting back to me and was very knowledgeable about cars. I would love to take my car back to this service center because they were very efficient and made me feel comfortable!

First time taking my vehicle to this dealer. Wow Worst experience ever. Laura from cashier was so unprofessional and nasty. Had no choice but to take my business somewhere else.

Very rude service department. My car was a certified Acura tlx. I took it in for my first scheduled maintenance which should be covered by Acura. The service lady was trying to charge me 192$ for a free service. Wouldn’t even listen to me. She said, it doesn’t matter, we will charge you anyway.

Never going back there again for service. Will be switching to a better brand soon.

My service advisor Robin was very kind. I took My rdx to service center because my trans leaked all the fluid drained into the cooling system. They replaced radiator and said they flushed the system 6 times, however there was still a ton of trans gluid floating in my cooling system. I brought it back up after picking up, and they said there is nothing more they can do as they flushed soo many times. I took the car to Elite Acura a week later in NJ and they fixed the issue no problem for a quarter of the price and there is no more trans fluid in my cooling system.

The worst dealership ever! The finance lady (her name escapes me) was very rude and was not trying to work with me on a price for my lease. I have exceptional credit and she was trying to rob me for a ridiculous amount to lease a RDX. I ended up just walking out and I leased a QX55 instead for the same price plus perks and unlimited oil changes. From the outside appearance alone, this place is dull, negative & lifeless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

As an edit based on Owner response: I visited your dealership in September 2021 and again my stance remains the same that your team was unprofessional and unwilling to work with me therefore I do not recommend to others.

Service department took very good care of me again today. Got me in an out in and a half for my oil change and state inspection service advisors and cashier very friendly helpful

“DO NOT” waste your time with this place, the employees are short and unprofessional, none of the prices are as advertised. There service department is even worse, the lady that works at service (forgot her name) is a big liar, rode and Obnoxious, I can’t believe she has a job there. Besides that I’m having a great day….

5 star review for here for Christopher DeNight specifically. I came to Sussman Acura as my last of 6 stops on a long stressful day of car shopping (because they had the most promising offer). It was a huge sigh of relief to finally have a real human being sitting next me. Of 6 salesman totaling probably 200+ years of combined experience, I was shocked to learn that Chris had only been in the business a few short months. His professionalism and personality were unmatched, and will surely take him far in this industry full of sharks. Was very close to making a deal but decided I had to see how The whole Ukraine thing plays out first. That said when my car shopping resumes I will be looking for Christopher DeNight specifically, whether that be here or elsewhere. Sorry we couldn’t make a deal, but know you still earned the customer! Thanks again for your time Chris.

I meant to write this review months ago. I've been coming here for years and have never had a problem. Everyone is normally friendly. This particular time I went in for an oil change and diagnostic test. Usually with the oil change there's a multi-point vehicle inspection done. I was told that it wasn't being done because I don't regularly service my car there, she even wrote it in the comment section of the checklist. I previously bought the car in months before that for an oil change and it was done that time so I dont understand why it wasn't done this time. I was charged for the diagnostic test ($180.00), even though they couldn't tell me for sure what the problem was. They kept giving me guesses as to what it could be. The service desk lady had an attitude (not Robin, she's great) and said I had to pay for the test even though they didn't know exactly what was wrong with the car. I'm just gonna take my business elsewhere. It's a shame bc it's a convenient location but not putting up with no one's attitude for a service.

Called looking for a part was told "even if I had it I wouldn't ship it to you" and then he hung up on me.didn't even ask what the part was.way to do business. YIKES

Good service, honest dealership, but steeply priced on some things, even for a dealership. Called recently to ask them to match another local Acura dealer's service offer and got "we used to do that but stopped". No reason given.

From my first contact with Sussman Acura to now my first completed service call, I am more than well pleased with the whole experience. Friendly, informative, and helpful, these professionals listened to my questions and thoughts, advised on my car's service requirements based on their sound, thorough knowledge of the wonderful MDX, they made sure i understood what was necessary, prioritizing each step, clearly detailing the cost for all service steps. I look forward to a long relationship with the Sussman organization.

I am really disappointed in Sussman Acura, and here’s why:
1- Ordered a set of all new tires from them to be installed – they installed wrong tires with white gunk around them telling me it’s ok to have it like that. If I didn’t notice tires were wrong, no one would, since they pulled my car up for me to pick up.
2- Installed correct tires that I requested (still with white wax around the tires), tires weren’t balanced correctly and the car produced a lot of vibration going above 70 mph.
3- At the same time had the alignment done as per service recommendation – my steering wheel was crooked. Came back to re-do it, the technician flipped out, slammed the door of my car and took off like a maniac (inside the service facility). They pulled him away and had someone else work on my car. Steering wheel was still uneven after all was set and done, car still produced a lot of vibration at higher speeds. Unacceptable. Wasted a lot of time going back and forth and ended up with the same result.
4- Came back the 3rd time to have the alignment and balancing corrected – service said they found one tire to have been balanced wrong and that all was done. My car still produced vibration and the steering wheel was crooked.
5- Spoke with service about it – came back the 4th time. Found the mistake in balancing and supposedly, corrected it. My car still produces vibrations at any speed higher than 70 mph. Tells a lot about the skills of the technician did the balancing. Steering wheel was left crooked stating “I trust my head tech telling me it’s straight and we will not do anything”. This just left me speechless. Last night I drove on a highway and my car vibrated at 75 mph. 3 times they couldn’t get it right!
My overall experience was horrible. I trusted the dealership to have professional work done the vehicle I purchased from them to begin with and received nothing but unpleasant service and attitude from the tech possibly damaging something inside my car. Clearly, technicians working at this dealership require A LOT more training and some anger management.
Service department (office) are nice and fairly pleasant to deal with – and that’s the only plus of my experience. The rest…well, I didn’t come there to giggle and have fun, I came for a professional, punctual and good-quality service on my car. Unfortunately, Sussman didn’t stand up to the expectations I had for them and ultimately, left me no choice.
Needless to say, I will not be servicing my vehicle there anymore.
By the way, all those service reviews don’t mean anything to the client, since regardless of how bad it is, they don’t seem to care. No one called me to find out what happened…

I brought my TL 3rd gen here to be serviced. Not only was I met with top notch, and a breath of fresh air service staff, I slept good at night knowing my car was in good hands with the mechanical staff who know these cars in an out, and are truly here to help and serve and do what is best for you. I will not be going anywhere else and am very pleased! A+

This is for the service department, I called and was helped out tremendously that day. They replaced my lug nuts and gave me number to order new ones. They didn’t even charge me. Highly recommended.

Howard was unprofessional. He sent and email to me saying "I'm sorry you don't have the time to answer I guess that's just what car buyers do. " After I wouldn't answer all of his calls and emails (which Leanne told me we don't do pushy tactics to get people to buy cars). He calls to much and sends to many emails. His attitude lost him a possible sale. They told me to call them if I wanted them to hold the car that I looked at. I changed my mind and decided I wanted to upgrade the car that I initially wanted.searching their inventory online I found a car I really wanted but after dealing with Howard I would never go back. Reading through the reviews I'm seeing I'm not the only one who has had an issue with him. I CANNOT recommend going here to buy a car.
