Sutliff Volkswagen reviews
185 star! The Sutliff team has always been on point and this time was the same as the past. They make the process clear and concise, without a "push" for additional services / fees. We have always felt respected and valued by the team at Sutliff.
From sales manager, to finance manager, everyone was great! The trade and purchase process was very smooth.
Came back to sutliff vw after bad service experiences at another dealer. Initially scheduled just for a four wheel alignment, but an issue came up the day before also. Friendly and respectful staff was able to complete alignment, repair that popped up and get my state inspection completed.
Had a good experience there while my wife bought a new vehicle. Dave and Matt were great to deal with. They were both very professional and friendly. And most importantly, they were not the typical pushy car salesmen. We were very happy with the price of the new vehicle and their offer for our trade in. Thank you, Sutliff VW
We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. No stress, no last minute changes, and kind people.
The man that we dealt with was very personable and laid back. No pressure from him, whatsoever.
This is my first Volkswagen purchase. I never had anyone work with and assist me as much Mike Grady did. He truly excelled and went above and beyond any expectations I had to win my business.
I have had 2 service appointments so far and Alexis is the most pleasant person to deal with! Always very nice, respectful, and helpful. She always in a pleasant and upbeat mood. She provided me with tire quotes without having to even ask. Sutliff VW is the only place I have ever been where I asked for a tire rotation and have not been charged for one because the best tires were already up front. It’s been a pleasure to deal with the Sutliff team from day 1 at purchase, to pick up, to the two service appointments so far.
My Service Advisor, Kelly, pointed out a need for new tires within the coming year. That helps me budget for an upcoming expense.
The experience was good and fairly easy. The salesman all were very helpful unlike other places we went.
I went in for a scheduled state inspection. The scheduling process was easy online, and the correspondence via text and email was helpful. I always recommend Jeff and am never disappointed. I like receiving a video link on my car when they are done. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour.
We won't go anywhere but Sutliff VW to buy our cars. Whether it's sales or service, they are always professional and courteous! Simply the best!
The retention is unbelievable. I have known some of these guys for 10 years at least! The best!
Your sales team and staff were very helpful. Answered any questions and concerns i had. Would recommend them to anybody looking for a new car.
Aaron and Luke were amazing to work with! I never felt pressured and they were extremely patient with my indecisiveness between two models. They made the car buying experience great. Highly recommend them!
We had a fantastic buying experience! Lynn and Aaron were very knowledgeable. They helped to make the process as seamless as possible. We will certainly recommend them to our friends and family.
In 2015 we brought my wife’s new Jetta for its first oil change with less than 10,000 miles on the vehicle and they tried to sell her an alignment. Fast forward to Monday. We brought her 2021 Jetta for its first oil change and they again attempted to sell us an alignment on a vehicle with less than 10,000 miles. I brought the car to my mechanic who I’ve trusted for years. The alignment was fine and completely unnecessary. This service department will never have my business. Upselling is one thing, ripping people off is another.
I am a little disappointed. I have been bring my vehicle here for over a year now for service because it is about a mile and a half for my place of employment. I have had a few customer service issues but I have glossed over them because of the convenience. Car dropped off being serviced while I am at work. Perfect scenario! Well today, was a little different for me.
A few weeks ago, I called to schedule an oil change and to get the recall completed on my vehicle. Alexis stated the “earliest appointment “ she had was January 18th. And I said, can I schedule it on the 19th. Appointment scheduled. Last week, I called spoke with someone that name begins with a T that gave a lot of information but over answered my very specific questions. I stated at the beginning of the appointment the date of appointment and my reasoning for calling. Needless to say, that when I arrived this morning to be asked and told by Alexis that will you be leaving your car and they will try to fit me in today did not sit well with me.
Maybe the talking among themselves while trying to check me in or the asking me my name three times before asking for my number or the lack of professionalism made me decide to not continue with the service.
To say you will try to fit me in does not sit well with leaving my car in your possession especially since I had a scheduled appointment and called back to make additional inquiries on service recommendations.
Farewell Sutliff!
