Swarna Jewels, Bensalem PA

Bought this 22k gold pendant set in 2019 from Swarna Jewels. It developed oxidation so took it back to get it fixed. While they cleaned it, it was not restored to prior looks and now it has developed oxidation again. Lightly used (worn it maybe 3 times) and also stored with my other gold jewelry (not bought from Swarna) all of which is still looking good.

I was looking for a jeweler for a custom diamond engagement ring and after several consultations, I finally found Swarna Jewels. I cannot praise ownership and staff enough for how helpful they were through the process of helping me create a beautiful ring! I met with the owner several times to narrow my search for the perfect stone with lots of luster and Swarna delivered. I was able to secure a natural, GIA certified stone of highest quality for an unbeatable price. I also needed a custom band made in platinum with certain specifications and Swarna went above and beyond to create the perfect ring. I cannot recommend this jeweler enough, you will not be disappointed! Thank you!

This is the perfect place to shop for beautiful jewelry. Not only is the merchandise of the highest quality but the staff also well trained and friendly. I was there about an hour and the sales person showed me the product very patiently. I bought a beautiful choker for my daughter and very happy with the service. Owner provided me a good discount. Definitely will be visiting again and will be also recommending to all family and friends.

one of the worst jewellers I ever visited. He never tells you the breakdown for any item you asks. He tells you the breakdown, only if you insists, that too he will hide all the making charges, additional charges and says it is not india to give you exact breakdown and insults you on top of it.
I know he will post some other things as reply just like he did for other commenters here. I saw those comments before visiting the store and thought may be some customers are picky.but, what they said are real.if you don't listen then you will be a fool like me! Ended up paying hard-earned thousands of dollars and can't do anything after purchase. No refund. And he says gram to gram exchange but the gram cost here starts above the market price very clever!
Just check the other store prices and visit them if you want to, you will clearly identify what he is doing. Worst experience ever!

We have been shopping for our needs at Swarna ever since it was opened in Bensalem. Staff are courteous, friendly and very professional in showing different designs and explaining the details. Haven’t had any issues with the items we bought here. Exclusive designs both traditional and modern from South & North Indian collections. Positively recommend this place.

Worst place to buy Gold in Philadelphia.
They think the buyers do not have any brain. They sell the jewelry on item, which means you will be priced for less than a gram for $250.00 where the Gold price per gram will be less than $49.00.
The attitude of the Salesforce is stupid.
The owners should learn what is fair pricing. Quality of Gold, I did not check. Good luck.

CUSTOMER BEWARE: Stay away from this business. We were overcharged for our gold purchase. Their profit margin was over 100% which is unheard of. And they tried to justify this by using some irrational explanations about their overheard expenses.

Extremely low quality jewelry!
I bought a nose pin from there and about 3 months later the stud fell out. I went in there with my receipt and of course they refused to repair it.
