I hired this firm for 2 cases, as I was Injured during the first case. I have heard all kinds of amounts I was going to settle at and was paid almost the same amount as what they made. If you don't constantly call for updates or information you will never receive any. They do not care about the client and bash you if you don't give the answers they want. I would never hire this firm again and agree with the multiple other complaints DO your research and find a better attorney

It's shame how you never answer your clients. Even when they call everyday, you NEVER have an answer. It's a ridiculous situation. Give people an answer, the time and money they deserve. Do your job. No wonder your not on TV anymore. Definitely are not living up too the hype.

Doesn't return phone calls and they like to gaslight their clients and scream and cuss at them when they do bother to answer. We have this on recording. I'm an advocate and they did this to my client. Absolutely disgusting people that need their licenses pulled and dis-barred. Appalling people. Do not hire them.

I was involved in a hit and run car accident and I contacted Attorney Adam Shorr to handle my case. Adam dealt with my insurance company so I didn't have to and was so kind and professional. Additionally, he was able to close my case in just a few months. I am so grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend Swartz Culleton to anyone who was involved in an auto accident.

Supposedly won a case after 2 year of having to constantly call them Over and over to get an update. Now still haven't gotten a penny of the settlement. Once it was settled its even worse to get a response. Stay away from this business!

The facts y’all close my case and didn’t even send a email text or nothing was real corny…someone hit me while I was parked in my car eating before going to my dentist appointment. That’s real messed up and if u didn’t wanna go thru wit the case you shouldn’t of took the case weirdo

Took care of everything, was a hassle free experience. They took care of business, was promt on messages and phone calls. Five start for sure. They handled everything was amazing.

They dont call back, after multiple emails, phone calls and text. I guess when they are finished they ghost you.
I've sent documents to get answers and that falls on deaf ears. Just tell me if I sent the right things.

Horrible, Run as fast to a REAL law firm. His own underling actually called and harassed me. I reminded him the were representing ME. I fired them and paid my own medical bills.

Absolutely horrendous. The free consultation turned out to be Brandon talking right over me and pushing me away because I wouldn’t hire them on the spot. Assumed I wasn’t injured enough or didn’t want to pay. Accident was only a month ago, I’ll go with an actual firm with attorneys who are for their client.

I don't know how they stay in business, as it would require them to return their clients phone calls, emails, etc.and follow up on cases. We've left multiple voicemails and tried sending emails. All have gone unanswered. And magically, any time we've tried calling and someone actually answers, we're told the attorney is busy.
If you haven't/aren't working on our case, just say so. But it's been 3 years and we haven't heard from you or received any return follow ups in over 1. Pretty pathetic. Telling everyone we know about this experience.

Swartz Culleton has represented my daughters and I after a terrible accident. They have been amazing! They fought hard for us and really took the time to listen and get to know us. Mr. Swartz has responded to every call or text within minutes. They are experienced and know how to get the job done. My family highly recommends this law firm.

I got hurt 7/2021 over a year ago. I’m waiting on a trial because the settlement offered was just ridiculous and the lawyers going to trial with my case. I need surgery on my wrist and have no insurance to cover it. I’m hoping trial will be before my 2nd year. I send emails and 98% been answered. Hoping for a good outcome!

Do yourself a huge favor…Find another law firm…You will have almost zero contact with your attorney…They will just spend whatever money they think is needed even when it isn’t needed…Then just bill you something ridiculous…By the time you get a settlement if you’re lucky…They will have basically finessed you out of way more money than your agreed upon amount

Brandon Swartz threw me under the bus, my mediation was chock full of people who were friends and he did nothing for me but openly lose my case.
