Swartz's Ultimate Collision reviews
8I will repost when I'm able to rate their work (vehicle isin't done yet) but their customer service to this point has been excellent.
Swartz’s ultimate collision was very professional from the time I had the estimate completed to the end of the repair. They all went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. I was pleased with how they handled my loaner car from enterprise. They have taken care of my vehicles 3 times now and I have not yet had a problem with the office services or the mechanical end of the business. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the surrounding area of Danville. Thank you Swartz’s very much.
The work they do is pretty good……. But the over charge you and the insurance company. We didn’t owe any money but about 20 dollars according to the estimate (we supplied all parts). They tried charging us over a 1000 dollars. Then when I questioned it we were suppose to get a refund but when they called us back we owed again! So if you use this company make sure you watch the billing! They billed us for labor that they didn’t even do. They billed us for taking stuff off the vehicle that wasn’t even on it! The lady in the office thinks she knows everything but DONT!
Great body shop although my car was in a small accident and they aren't able to repair it for a few months. They did however fix it up and make it drivable for the time being. I gave 4 stars only because of the inconvience of having to being the vehicle back to be repaired months after accident. I've always used them for my repairs and have never had a bad experience.
Every time we need body work we take our cars there. They are the best at what they do. They could take a little more pride cleaning the vehicle when it’s done before they hand the keys back.
But other than that no complaints.
Great people.
They made it right and polished my wife’s car when they found out that we were not happy with their detail job.
I would highly recommend.
They had all of the paperwork ready to go when I showed up for my estimate, so I was in and out. It wasn't even a week before they got the part in and called me to schedule the repair. I dropped my car off after hours and picked it up an hour after they opened the next day. They even buffed out a scuff that I hadn't noticed because my car was dirty at the time of the accident. 100/100 on all fronts, I'll be back here for all future repairs.
Had to deny pickup of my vehicle 2 times. The 3rd time I just fixed it myself with my own polisher. It became apparent they must paint vehicles with the lights off and have no idea how to use a polishing machine to finish their paint jobs. Typical body shop still doing things the way they did 30 years ago, doesn’t cut it anymore. Invest in some training and new technology. Have some pride in your business and stop ripping people off
