The guys at Swedish always do an excellent job with my car, and have always treated it like it was their own! There’s no other shop I trust to work on my car, Swedish Motors is the go to shop!

The staff kept us informed of the repairs needed and helped us keep our 15yr old Volvo SUV on the road for years to come. They were a pleasure to work with and made our vehicle ride like new again.

My car was done by 8am and way more affordable than anywhere else we've been. My family and I are so grateful and they definitely have a family of new customers. Swedish motors installed a stage 3 spec clutch and pressure plate (customer puchased) in my 93. When i recieved the car back it was having clutch engagement issues. Car was returned to swedish motors 3 times within 2 months. Everytime swedish said no engagement issues were found. Clutch disc blew up 1 week later. Swedish motors would not warranty clutch work. I ended up paying another $1000 (no discounts) for another clutch install 2 months later.
(Culprit was leaking master cylinder, found by me)

A great alternative to the dealership with many foreign cars. The staff there a very nice and seem to have a genuine interest in get your car back and running at peak performance. Biggest thing, which I am not sure how they could easily correct, is the waiting room is small and cramped. When there is one or two people there it is adequate, but more than that and it is crowded and difficult to sit in comfortably.

I've been going to Swedish Motors for years and they've always been polite, helpful and resonably priced. Its definitely my "go to" place for all my Volvo needs. Thanks!

Swedish Motors has serviced and repaired both my 2007 Buick Lucerne and my daughter's 2001 Subaru Forester.
I discovered them when shopping for new tires for the Lucerne on TireRack. They were a recommended installer. I contacted them directly and found out their price for tires was cheaper. They were also very helpful in helping me select the right tires for my car.
When it came time for service and repairs I wasn't sure if they would consider servicing these "oldies but goodies".
But they gladly took them in and have done a great job servicing and repairing both vehicles.
Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Fair prices and outstanding customer service.

Swedish tech quickly diagnosed an unusual, and potentially serious problem with my Audi. Recommended I do not drive it, and furnished a loaner until the repair was completed. I highly recommend the sales/service team at Swedish Motors.

Swedish Motors' service is always attentive, competitive in price and provides the confidence your car received the best of care. I highly recommend them for Saab, Volvo, Audi & Mini Cooper service. We love our older model vehicles and want them to continue to provide us with reliable transportation.

Very good experience getting the air conditioner fixed in our 2008 S40 T5. A complimentary rental car was provided while the repairs were made. Started teoubleshooting with the most likely and cheapest fix and worked there way towards more costly repairs. Very honest in their assessment and will definitely return with our car again.

FIRST AND LAST VISIT TO SWEDISH MOTORS
First: Came from Camp Hill after hours (2-hour round trip) to pick up 240 wagon. Found car in lot with fluid running out from underneath. Looked and smelled like coolant to me. Had to leave car there. Swedish pressure tested cooling system - said may have been radiator hose clamp, couldn't find any other problem. Had to return again to pickup car (another 2-hour round trip). No apologies for inconvenience until I called to complain and spoke to Joe. No offer of gas fill-up or coupon for next service.
Second: Service guy (Eric?) said someone must have drilled holes in my rear wheel wells and they had to be plugged. I explained that I had removed seatbelt bolts for 3rd seat (these guys really know Volvos!). They put 2 bolts back in (I said I had the originals) for $40 (a ten-minute job)
Third: Swedish had worked on wiring under the hood for intermittent control panel problem. They said they didn't experience problem but it might return (control panel wiring). It did - drove all the way home with no control panel instruments.

We have been bringing our 2006 Mini to Swedish for over 5 years, and except for 1minor glitch during one oil service, have been very satisfied with their work. The technicians and service writers are knowledgable, competent and trustworthy and their work is dealer-level quality. The shop is reminiscent of the days when shops were staffed by auto enthusiasts who enjoyed what they did and had an appreciation of quality cars. It is a totally different experience than the assembly line, anonymous treatment found at large dealers and their pricing seems to be fair.

I already love Swedish for service. They have done amazing work for everyone in my family, are always friendly, always fully explain everything. Could not be happier. Last summer my son was looking for a car to drive back to college in Arizona. He took so many cars to Swedish to look at, and then found one on their lot - a Volvo wagon. He has absolutely loved the car. So when it came time for me to find a car, I went to Swedish and I am SO glad I did! Just like the service experience they were friendly, helpful, professional, just plain wonderful to work with and I *love* my new car! The process was made a bit cumbersome because I had to go through the vw tdi buyback program which took quite some time, but Swedish worked with me the whole way through. Cannot recommend them enough. Service, car buying experience, whatever you need go to Swedish!

I had a major issue with my car. One call and I was satisfied with their knowledge of my situation. They were very clear on what they could do and how much it would cost. They also went over my car with me on other issues that I need to look at but did not pressure me into purchasing the extra items. The use of a loaner card was a great help to me since they had to keep my car for a whole week while parts were ordered. A professional looking place with professional people. Highly recommended.

Swedish Motors was great when I had an issue with a Saab car window. They fixed the issue once and it didn’t work out, so they stepped up and fixed it again at no charge.

They were great work with from a scheduling standpoint and got it fixed very quickly.
