I have loved every cleaning this crew has done for me. The house looks and smells great. No The price is comparable to other services and a great value for the job they do.

This service was always on time and responsive but did not do a good job cleaning. Sometimes three people would come and sometimes one but they’d stay the same amount of time regardless which makes no sense—owner tried to tell me this was because of training of staff but that was an excuse. Price would have been reasonable if they’d delivered on services. I was promised if I was unhappy with something that they’d come back to fix it and that did not happen. I found a much better cleaning service after this one and for a better price.

Initially this company was very responsive and juggled the schedule to accommodate my emergency.
They (Kathy) came and looked at the house that I was going to move into. The house was completely empty. I was told it was going to take four hours for a deep clean and charged for that 4 hour deep clean.
They came bright and early the next morning and I was surprised that they were gone in 2 hours. They texted me and said they were done.
They left quickly before I even had a chance to come to the house a minute away.
It is important to note that I was told I had to pay them in full in advance - which I did.
They did A VERY poor job!
They did a fraction of what they were actually supposed to clean.
They never did the tubs, they did half of the large bathroom, half of the cabinets. All of the inside of the cabinets were supposed to be wiped down including the trashcan bin holder in the kitchen which was never touched. They wiped down only some of the insides of the cabinets.
I texted them immediately and they did not respond. I texted them again and they still didn't respond.
I then texted Kathy with whom I did the contract and she ignored me.
I then called her later and we got "disconnected, " however when I called her back there was no answer. EVER.
I left a voicemail and texts delineating everything that wasn't done.
So they did half the job, stole my money and ditched all contact.
I now have to clean all the stuff they didn't clean including scrubbing the tubs and the sinks.
What kind of company comes in, does half the job and then ditches the customer? They came in, charged me, did a fraction of what they were supposed to do, split quickly and then never made any contact with me again, ignoring texts and phone calls.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Never use this company.
Hired them to do a extensive cleaning before putting our house on the market. We did a detailed walk through and was told it would take two days. It was to occur on a Friday and complete Monday. The person doing the walk through knew we were not going to be home Friday through Monday since arrangements had to be made for entering and exiting the home. The cleaning only occurred on Friday. We arrived home and not only was the extensive cleaning not done, basic cleaning such as totally skipping two toilets, vacuuming under the dining room table and numerous basic items were overlooked.
I immediately texted the owner listing the items that were obvious and was told
1) the timeframe for me to complain had expired 2) They could come back and clean
Since our house was going on the market the next day (which was conveyed in the walk through) I had to quickly clean the home
So disappointed and the money I paid for a “deep cleaning” was definitely not worth it
I should have really paid attention to the negative reviews.
That was my mistake

I'm stunned at the negative reviews because I have LOVED every cleaning these guys have done for me. The house smells and looks great when they leave. I was unhappy with my previous cleaners and pointed out things they told me were stains and couldn't be removed (lime stuff around the faucets, mold on the shower walls). At my first cleaning with Sweeping Beauty, everything was sparkling clean including those trouble spots. The cleaners who come are quick, thorough and professional. And the price is comparable to other services and a great value for the job they do.

I had sweeping Beauty out for a cleaning. I was hoping to use them bi-weekly. The first cleaning is supposed to be a deep clean which is why they charge more than an average cleaning. I couldn’t be more disappointed. I don’t even consider this a regular clean let alone a deep clean. Items were not even picked up and dusted - just feather dusted around things. Dust marks on what was touched. Bathroom Cabinets not wiped down. Shower floor - not touched. Tubs might have been wiped with a rag - not ‘deep cleaned’. Cobwebs not touched. Very, very poor service. One cleaner was clearly trying to fix what was missed by the other so I do appreciate that, but a homeowner shouldn’t have to go around and make sure things were cleaned when you’re spending hundreds of dollars!

Payed them to clean my house my 5 year old son could do better and only get half what u pay for

Terrible cleaning and unprofessional. Poor customer service. The two good reviews are by the owner and manager. I'm a customer and advise you get someone else if you want a clean home.
