Clean facility, courteous workers. Parking lot had plenty of open spaces. I ordered the kale caesar salad which was very fresh!

Sweetgreen is good! Sweetgreen is a new (to me) fast casual chain restaurant with a healthy lean. I was expecting something along the lines of a SaladWorks when I stopped in with my wife last week. Not at all! (Not that there's anything wrong with SaladWorks, I enjoy that too). The Sweetgreen menu has interesting dishes that mostly include protein, grain and veggies. I had the Harvest Chicken that came with blackened chicken on a bed of quinoa and kale with baked red and sweet potatoes. It was delicious! Portions are appropriate - filling, but not huge. It's a little spendy IMO, but not terribly out of line for what you're getting. Other options included fish and chicken dishes and various salads. I intend to try the fish tacos next time I go back, which I hope to be soon.

The super green salad here is SOOO addicting! I'm nearly vegan and usually never order salads because.boring.went here with a coworker though and couldn't stop eating it! Added tofu for some extra protein. Such a yummy healthy lunch option. Very generous portions too.

Don't waste your time. Maybe walking in is better, but the mobile experience is a waste of time. The people in here seemed to be enjoying the green if you know what i mean.ordered 4 salads through the app.at 2: 42pm. Order was completed until 4: 25.after the app said they would be done at 3PM
Not one of the orders was correct, and they included an order for another customer. So of the 4 salads i ordered, 1 of them was totally wrong.

Everytime i am at this location they don't have any of the items ready or they are out.
Don't waste your money here for a premium salad

This location is horribly run compared to all of the others I’ve ordered from or visited. When you order takeout it is frequently late by 15-30min versus the pickup time. Dine in, it can be totally empty and you stand at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone comes over to help you.

Our salads were very good. We ordered in store so there was less chance to be missing an ingredient than using the app. I had the guacamole greens, which I often get. Everything was fresh. Friend had the shrumami and it was very good. All ingredients were available.
However…
As I find many times, (not just at this SG) they don’t have the bread as advertised. Also, no fountain drinks and the water dispenser, though I think was working, they were out of cups. Lol
I alerted the cashier that I had a $9 coupon and they said it would automatically come off during check out. It didn’t and she said “there’s nothing I can do”. Seriously? These are the kinds of things that lower a would be 5 star review to 3.

I love the salads and the place is clean, but don’t bother ordering online because 80% of the time, you’re waiting an additional 15-30+ minutes as the committed pickup time. It’s faster to just show up and have your salad made in the spot than to order in advance in the app, which is insane.

My salad had what is either a rock or a hard piece of plastic in it. I almost cracked my tooth on it, thankfully there was a piece of mushroom that reduced the blunt impact my tooth made against it. This is a food safety issue. Proceed with caution! Picture incised that shows the contaminant on my finger.

Missing item from order. No problem. Friendly and apologetic staff. Dealing with back office to address the issue - REALLY AWFUL. Sooo, slow to help.

Okay. Came back 4 months later to give it another try. This place has issues. Order still not ready more than 10 mins after scheduled time.

By far the most ignorant SG I’ve ever been to. The staff barely acknowledge you, they walk around like they are doing you a favor. Is there a manger or anyone who runs this place? I’d rather drive an extra 2 minutes than to come here ever again.

Very good, healthy eating. The pesto chicken bowl is a favorite. Enjoy the ability for customization and portions provided.

Store completely empty and yet order took 15 mins longer than time given. No apology or explanation.

The food is good but all the employees here seem to move so slowly literally like zombies sluggishly moving around going to slow as possible not making eye contact not being friendly and greeting you when you walk in the door like you can play seem like they hate their job or they get paid really low money or whatever I don't know but why is there six employees in front of the counter all in front of the food line and yet they seem to be doing the job of like one person at normal speed

Great service and it was really clean inside. Love the outside seating area. The hot honey chicken was delicious. The staff checked if I was okay with nuts before they put the almonds on my meal, I thought that was awesome for them to be so aware of nut allergies.
