Hank came out to our house after the washing machine company told us to find our own service repair and do a reimbursement. I called around 10: 30am and they were able to fit me in that same day around 3pm. Hank came out and fixed our washing machine within a half hour and was highly professional, personal, and wonderful to work with. This is hands down the BEST experience I have ever had with any outside company coming into my home for anything from delivering appliances to fixing oil. I cannot recommend this company enough! The price was also very fair and Hank made sure to explain everything he did to me in a non-demeaning way so that I could better understand everything. This was a WONDERFUL experience!

Great repair men but not for purchasing from them. I always bought from them and paid more cause I thought I was getting a warranty from buying from them. I was wrong. My dishwasher went after 2 years of owning it which I bought from them. A repair guy came out and said u need new dishwasher. I asked isn't this under warranty? He replied no. Its past the manufacture warranty. So we took our losses and bought another dishwasher along with a stove and soon it will also be a new fridge but from lowes.
Best service around dont know anyone or company that is better. Everything that we ever purchased lasted decades my parents fridge that we purchased when i was 5 finally quit im now 42 the guys that delivered it were friendly and careful most of all went over everything to make sure we were good to go
