Just a thought, even though it's a capstone lumper place, shouldn't capstone still answer to Sysco Foods? It does seem they need to hold you a two hour minimum.

What is wrong with capstone logistic security guard check, I been waiting 45 minutes for check in, after go inside to the small office, security guard was asking for closed the door, I closed the door and he start talk with him self, about the door, closed the door, respect, bad education people, and bla.bla.bla.for like 5 to 7 minutes.like crazy.
I was telling him if he can stop talk about the door and process the truck because each truck had 20minutes waiting.
He lose total control with the situation and he start screaming on my face, he try to intimidate me his body size.telling he is a veteran and he deserve respect.
I complain argument trucker deserve respect to, finally he try to refuse my load, I tell to him if you touch me I gonna call the police and complain with sysco about the situation.
He send out from the small office. I was asking for 5th time.if he gonna take the papers.he take the papers and he leave me out front the small guard check office.
After process the papers from other 2 guys. (in really short time), he let me go inside and process my papers like nothing was happen.like my best friend.
I understand people veteran deserve respect, but they suppos to respect others too. I think the guy is not normal, he have some mental health condition, every one need a job, but how a truck driver I need to deal with traffic, dot, rules, inspeccion and crazy people in the street. I dont think I suppos to deal with a security guard when I try to made my job clean and honest.
Capstone logistic check the situation because this person can
be potentially danger is aggressive and can hurt or Injured any other people in any moment
(Sysco job was good in and out in 1hr)

Great people good guards I was 4 hours late they got me a door right away unloaded 10 pallets send me text for lumper electronic by Capstone outta there in 1.5 hours fantastic

I think I came in the wrong way and didn't see signs to park on the side so I drove strait up to the gate and cut a lot of people on the other side, I'm sorry I really didn't know. Other than that confusion I was in and out quick and the guard shack guy was awesome and really good at communicating what to do. Paperwork in the trailer and no checking the trailer at the guard shack on my way out yay!

Most of these previous reviews apply to Reefer Loads! The freezer department IS slow.
However, I delivered a dry van load of macaroni, and I was out in 1 hour. Hope this helps

The driver got at the receiver at 11AM, appt at 12, empty with paperwork in hand at 11: 45. This does not happen often. I hope they treat all trucks like that.

Express door for small orders is the best thing around no appointment and usually no waiting

Sysco much better then others nice gard check there is overnight parking on street any side u come from and alots of signs no parking on street forget about that cause everyone park on street i did as well no any problem even i asked guard check too they said no problem to park and very nice people i had appointment 10am checked in 6: 30 am got dack 7am immediately star unloading thx guys

Be mindful on what’s going on my trucking family. They will leave you on a red light unloaded for hours because they “forgot to put it on green

Appt 10AM. Arrived 8: 30, empty 10: 30Check guard fest unloaded.no overnight parking. Parking on the street

Appointment 10 am checked in 7: 30. Got door 8: 30. Overnight parking on the road. No restrooms.friendly security guard. They let you in after 5am no matter what time your appointment is. Now time is 1 pm still at the door

Have been very disappointed with sysco over past few month. My sales rep and district Manger has a don't care attitude. No personal service anymore since they want u to do online ordering. Been with sysco for over 20 years. And this year has been a very disappointed year.

Checked in at 530 am for 8am appt. 1130 am and still not unloaded, have fun if u deliver here and on top of that I got to pay lumper fee. This place is a joke.

Was given door ans unloaded by Appointment time.
Looks like you can park on street but there is no parking signs.

In a door for 3.5 hours and can't get unloaded. They are working on their own trucks as they come in but take 20 minutes to unload 1 pallet. Won't come back here again.

Very slow, they killed my day!
Appointment 10: 00 am
Check in 9: 20am
Now is 3: 00 pm and They keep me still in the door, reefer running.
I will never come here again!
