Inconsiderate! While working on my neighbor's driveway they took it upon themselves to unwind MY hose from against MY house without evening seeking permission. They used MY water for THEIR project. Where is common decency? The best part is they just threw the hose down on the lawn RUNNING when finished - and for good mesaure got a fair amount of tar all over my grass, too. When I went out there to confront them not even an apology, just looking at each other like shoot we're busted.
