Jay and the crew are the best! Very knowledgeable, helpful and care about their customers. A huge plus for the community.

The (friendly, polite) Staff members are very knowledgeable about their departments and if you have an unrelated question, they always know who to ask. Very rarely do I leave there without a solution to the problem that brought me there in the first place, even if it isn't the same plan of attack shopping list I had going in.

It's a somewhat small store but more times than not they've had exactly what I've needed. Very friendly people are always working there, they've been quite helpful over the years I've been stopping in.

DISORGANIZED, FAULTY AND DANGEROUS RENTAL EQUIPMENT, LOST TIME, DIDN'T MAKE UP THE TIME OR FOLLOW UP WITH THE FAULTY EQUIPMENT. DON'T RENT FROM THEM

Excellent customer service. Helped me figure which items I needed to fix a hose and then suggested I get a whole new house instead because the components cost more than a new hose. Fast, efficient key-making machine. Friendly employees!

T&M is my go to for almost every project around the house and their individual fastener / nut / bolt aisles have supplied more parts to vehicles than I care to admit. Saved the day more times than I can count.

T&M is ok, its not my preferred hardware store but they probably have what you need, but if you need help you have to ask someone, they will not acknowledge you at all which kinda sucks. They do carry an awesome lineup of Stihl brand products.

The people are very friendly and helpful, but their prices are very much higher and selection is not as broad.
I really gotta start thinking of ACE in Evans City as being a better option.

I was in this hardware store recently.managment doesn't even make their employees ware masks at this stage of the Pandemic. The CDC is currently now reporting that when in public people should be wearing double masks to stop the spread of Covid-19. Apparently T&M Hardware doesn't give a damn about their employees or loyal customers health at present time.

I will not be going back to T&M hardware until vaccinated for COVID-19.
Employees not warring masks and some not wearing them properly. Customers not wearing masks. I will not spend my money in an establishment that does not:
1. Protect their customers
2. Protect their employees

You can always rate a company by how they treat their employees. T&M gets a negative value rating from me.

As always I found what I needed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended LOCAL business.

This was the best shopping experience I have had, at any store, since the Pandemic began. I felt so welcome! They were sincerely friendly and helpful. Life felt normal again. I can't thank you enough for creating an old fashion shopping experience!

Friendly staff, I bought a chainsaw, they put some gas in it and started it up before I left and gave me an extra year warranty on it.

Good equipment. Newer equipment and not vintage 1950 falling apart. Easy to deal with and reasonable prices. Highly recommend rentals from T&M

If I could rate zero I would, store is NFG for the working class people 8-6. Hours no late hours so you have to make a special outing rather than stopping on your way home after work. Don’t shop here employees are ignorant store is way overpriced. As much as I hate going to butler it’s just easier Lowe’s and Home Depot are open late. Don’t go here
