Recently switched over from Metro to Sprint. The service provided by James exceeded expectations. Whole process was relatively fast, he is very well informed & professional. Definitely recommend.

I received the best customer service from Christian and Kenia! They helped me save money on my bill. They were very patient with us and helped us understand everything. I recommend coming and will be doing all my future transactions here. Very pleased.

100% guarantee is the biggest lie stated by this company. Isn't there some legal actions that can be taken for False Advertising? Having a contract for over a year and having 2 towers less than a mile away but get absolutely no service anywhere around our home. Then calling them is ridiculous you better set aside 2 to 3 hours since they only want to send you from person to person to tech support when you've already done the tech runs and the problem is on 3 lines not just one. Then they just put you on hold mid-sentence and hope you hang up. Oh then if you ask them if they think this meets 100% guarantee they reply "I can't answer that it's not about me. "
So what the hell is the definition of 100% TOTAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE? Because obviously these words have changed meanings since I went to school.

Then to top off the cake the headline wallpaper for their Facebook Page is 100% TOTAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE!

So tell me Sprint and your 3.2 million followers what the hell does 100% TOTAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE mean to you?

I had a very amazing shopping experience with James and manager Joe. They wore amazing answered all my questions. Very positive and so funny. I was shopping for phone plans went to t mobile and they wore horrible so I left and went to sprint and jams and how are the best duo team. They did everything and beyond for me and my girls. My cell phone had a defect and they did everything in they power to fix the problem. Their customer service was amazing from 1-10. I give them a trillion. I recommend everyone to go there. James, Joe, and Chris were all amazing! They Did their best to help with my phone and, even after finding out their store couldn’t fix my issue, they did everything to point me in the right direction. Would happily come back again. Great staff.
