They have no clue what's going on. Be wary of this location. It was a horrid experience for me.i didnt leave with the S9 and Galaxy watch deal I was told about by the rep on the phone. Tmobile isnt honorable and they fight with each other on who's right or wrong in front of a customer. Dissatisfied is an understatement.
