21Can't even purchase a screen protector without waiting to be seen. I stood around for about 15 minutes and everyone was busy attending others. I recommend having someone as a floater checking people in, as well as running a register or tablet for the sole purpose of purchasing in store items on the go. And you could rotate this position every hour if there is a commission issue.
Had a great experience at T-Mobile on the evening of 1/16/2023. Thanks to Jonas and Jami I was in and out in 15 minutes! My number was ported, service was activated and I was on my way in a short amount of time. It was an easy and a positive experience. Thank you both for your time and assistance!

Hated this store. Came in for Tuesday special told me I couldn't get it unless they checked to see if I was eligible for internet. Told them I had the internet. They didn't care had to check anyway. Then told me I can't get internet where I live?
Really? I had it for 2 years. That didn't matter. You really should know about the product if your going to work at the store.poor poor customer service
I'll bet TMobile has lost customers due to this store.
Jami Joehnis Derrick and Jada were excellent. They were very helpful and funny. Other stores have never gave me the services I received today. I will be returning here next time!
I’m pretty sure this is the spot i was at this morning.jada was so so so helpful & sweet & patient.everyone in the store was so nice besides her too, she’s the person who walked me through my stuff though. 10/10 fs
We experienced rude, arrogant employees on several visits. They were high pressure, and made you feel rushed, and unboxed a phone and slapped on a screen protector before even asking what color or storage we wanted. They were not helpful or transparent about prices. They charged more than the T-Mobil online price for the iphone and charged $40 for a $2 screen protector. We also witnessed another customer being degraded and laughed at by other employees. All in all a bad experience, and does not reflect well on TMobile as a company.
The 2 men that were working were rude and not helpful. They seemed they it was a bother helping customers. The manager took my phone from my hands to talk to customer service. If these were my employees they would be fired. They didn't want to help set up new plans and only were helpful to those buying new phones. Don't recommend this location. FYI I have been a customer of t-mobile since 2002.
We came in for a screen protector and phone case and Mickyla helped us get in and out of the store with no problem! Best T-Mobile manager I’ve encountered yet
Came in to activate service from a ATT to TMobile. They ported my number and deactivated the ATT service on my phone, but did NOT let me know I needed a SIM card.
So I went back there, only to find out they don’t give out SIM cards because they are just an authorized retailer. GEE it would be NICE if they told me that before I had to make another trip out there.
Any who they had to send me out to a different t mobile store 9 miles away to get what I needed. They were very informative unlike this store.
Also, the staff here aren’t the rudest people I’ve seen, but they can step up customer service by a whole lot… like the T-Mobile store off airport rd. Moral of the story go to the T Mobile off airport rd.
Very bad service. Had to wait for 30 min to refill my plan! And no one cares! Rude personnel! Don’t even apologize for making you waiting for so long. Go to the promenade shops branch.they are much more friendly in there!

Just called today about doing a return for the home Internet. John the store manager said that if it didn't work I could return it to the store when I bought it last week. When calling today to let them know I was returning it I got another manager that was filling in for him saying we are not taking returns at the store. I then proceeded to say when John sold me the home Internet he said I could return it to the store and before I could finish she cut me off and said " John's not here and I'm filling in for him and it's my rules and I said you can call customer service for a printable label to ship it". I then hung up. For a person who is physically disabled and doesn't have access to a printer let alone going out in the heat to do a return due to health issues I just wanted to return it since I'm in my 15 day period. If this is how T-Mobile represents themselves I'm switching to a different provider. Rude and not upholding what was agreed upon on time of purchase or disregard due to filling in manager either lazyness or too much of a hassle to do is not good sales/customer relations practice and I don't want to be a customer who has to deal with of those kinda practices
I do NOT recommend T Mobile. Because the store to get more customers they offer rates that sound reasonable but they do not comply and not even the Customer Service line responds, in the end you will always pay much more than what they offer you

Normally have really good experience here and can get help with anything I need. Came tonight 3/22/22 10 min before close to get a new screen protector quick and they were closed. I’ve never shown up to this location and they’re closed early. Very disappointed.
We dealt with Krystal, she was all by herself yesterday 12/26/2021. She took very good care of us. I recommend going to her. We will be back.
Gary and Melany the store rep are super lazy. Everytime I come in the store they don't seem, THEY ARE super reluctant to help with anything
Had some issues with phone went twice to T-Mobile but they had no idea what to do - at the end my wife figured the issue out - obviously not fully trained on all aspects of what the phones do it odd situations!
Literally just waited over 20 minutes outside the store (which is supposed to open at 10AM) for a manager who never showed up so I left. Unacceptable to make up your own hours. If you’re going to be late at least post a sign on the door.
The best tmobile I've been to. Dante is knowledgeable n polite. Great tech. Needed a new SIM card. Got everything back. No more calls dropped in or out.
Went there on Thursday when they were supposed to be open and they were closed. No sign on the door telling me they were closed nothing.
They normally have great service and I like this store a lot, but super unprofessional not to have a sign saying when they will return.
