T-Mobile reviews
19 Their folks are nice but not motivated to look for solutions. Went in and was adding lines to a plan, and was told that there were no promotions by multiple people. Left and went online when I got home and found the promotion on their website.
I usually go to the Loucks Rd location. They seem more detail oriented and will probably get it right.
This store is by far the worse store in york you can’t even get the store manager to help you she is always distracted she had a break down in front of me and my family just unprofessional if you want good service go somewhere else
The associates in this store are always super helpful! Today it was KatelynB! They are very pleasant and willing to take the time to get you taken care of.
I appreciate all the help!
The manager of this store is very professional and has some of the best customer service skills ever he was by far the best manager of a sprint store yet.
There is nothing nice I can say about this store or it’s employees. Lack of management and honesty is appalling.
Jeremiah was a huge help. Not only did he get me the phone I wanted. He took the time to get all my stuff on it as well as lower my bill for me! Excellent Customer Service!
This store is rarely helpful, I was told that I had to go to the store on rt 30 to buy an sd card to activate a phone and that they are roughly $5 only to find out that all stores have SD cards and they are Free, another time this store messed up out bill that ended up costing us an extra $70 a month and it took awhile to get fixed
Just went in and the gentleman didnt even understand what I was asking. I simply asked about possibly upgrading my phone. A woman stepped in since he couldn't even finish a sentence clearly. Shre began to help me and he decided to then over step in the convo when she was explaining. Most uncomfortable experience at a sprint store. Would reccomend going to another location.
The service is quick if you're the only one in the store. I am glad they're training someone new.
I called several times and I am surprised that there is no customer service. If they weren’t able to talk to me, I asked if they could call me back and I waited over four hours and nobody did so I called and the girl was very uncertain and put me on hold for 20 minutes.
I came in just looking to see if I can get a better price on my phone plan. I was originally with ATT. As soon as I walked in, Tim had greeted me. He was happy to help me and didn't push anything on me. He went at my pace and let ME decide what I wanted. I ended up getting 5 lines all new iPhones and an I pad. He was very patent with me, and got me what I wanted at price I could afford. Over all great guy, and a great team. The Manager, Tonya was also very nice. I highly recommend this store. So happy I switched to sprint!
Great place to go if you want to get scammed by employees pushing junk on you and lying about fees and plans
Personally I visited this store with my husband to get prices because we are paying too much at our current carrier upon arriving at the store everyone seemed friendly, I was with a young gentleman when the store manager seemed to barge in and try to over talk him when it sounded like he knew what he was doing. Overall good job to the young man but from a manager standpoint I would highly recommend letting the employees try to be on their own
Only one person working. There was 3 customers ahead of me. All I went in for was to pick up my tablet that I have been waiting for over 4 weeks. Which is Ridiculous to begin with. Never even got an acknowledgement that I was even in the store. I'm sorry I ever switch to sprint! Oh well.
I suggest going here over any other store i came in with my husband and we got help from Jeremiah he is great he got us new phones made sure we understood our prices and plans and got us devices that suited our needs i refer anyone i know to this store and to this young man go to sprint on Cape Horn and look for Jeremiah!
Spend the time and go elsewhere. I wouldn’t of ever stepped foot into this store if I would’ve read the reviews prior. The employees do not know what they’re talking about and try to give you a run for your money
Service was excellent the associate was by far doing everything to get my phone working. It took some time but in the end was a complete success. Many thanks Mr Technician.
I had spoken to sprint chat online they directed me to the store, where they could not camp me. Very nice and friendly. However I keep getting the run around with sprint corporate.
SPEND THE EXTRA TIME AND GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE. Tonya, the "manager" spent 20 min.on the phone with me BEFORE I went to the store. I made it very clear I was buying a phone outright. Left work early - got to the store, she had the phone in her hand, told me I needed a card with a chip "since you are buying the phone outright. " Five minutes later, she told me the store policy doesn't allow me to buy the phone. She's rude, has no idea how to treat a customer and told me I never told her I was buying the phone. Hmmmmmm then why did she say "since you are buying the phone, you need a card with a chip. She's the "manager" but has no clue of store operations or policy. Rude, poor customer service.
