I truly love going to T-Mobile, they have a lot of great deals, I've been dealing with T-Mobile for a while now, and they have wonderful deals for 55+. Plus the staff is wonderful and very helpful

Looking for a new iPhone the employee tells me that it's available. When getting things ready to do the paperwork on the phone, the employee changes his mind and tells me that the phone isn't available. Guess 7 years with TMOBILE it's time to change phone company. Saying Good Bye to Tmobile

Best phone company I ever had. Representatives are friendly and very knowledgeable. Would never switch. Highly recommend.

Beware of this store. I called tmobile customer service and was told one price. I get to the store it's a higher price. It's higher because I have to purchase accessories in order to purchase the phone. When I asked why do I have to purchase accessories I don't want, they said "Mat" it was the district manager's policy. So now district managers make up their own policy not T-Mobile the company itself? What I don't get and still don't get is how you are forcing someone to buy what they don't want to buy? When I said that to them I was told "you don't have to buy it" but if I don't I can't get the phone. So upset. This store is a scammer. I shouldn't be told one price on the phone and another at the store. I shouldn't have to be told at the store I have to buy the accessories with the phone if I don't want them. Tmobile after 15 years just disappointed me. Thanks to this store.

I hope this reach the correct person but i would like to give kudos to Max he helped my mom set up her replacement phone he was really kind and patient and very informative with any and every question
Najesha so sorry is i chopped her name up was beautiful with her personality and helped me to upgrade questions and tax and activation fees as well as Jessica with the new iphones Raymond is alwaya a pleasure as him and Angel tried to assist with with my screen protector the only person with little to no personality was DENISE she has a UGLY PERSONALITY and if they get paid on commission she will never get mine or my moms and i am not impressed at all she speaks as it she in the hood i spoke to her she looked up and walked away i never experienced this behavior at Tmobile but i will be returning and hopefully she will not be there as i will take my business else where.

It really is an excellent T-Mobile store with very helpful Personnel who quickly set up my phone much better than I could ever do it. And they are very personable too and carried on a very nice conversation as I bored them with my War Stories

I would like to leave a excellent review for Denise who helped me in the store with reconnecting my old phone to the new and set me up with the Samsung watch so I'm never left without a phone for emergencies due to all my health issues.
And John the t mobile representative who sent out a new galaxy with in 24 hours.
Great teamwork t mobile.
I'm a happy customer, thank you for all your support and help.

I had some issues With my old phone when I switched from Verizon so I went here to get a new phone. Both of the guys working were really cool and very knowledgeable. Really great service overall, I walked out of the store with all my issues resolved, and I'm now very happy I made the switch.

I would give a review for the people who works in this store. They didn’t help us at all and we left the store disappointed because we couldn’t use our numbers and he didn’t help us for this situation he was treating us like we don’t understand anything he said.

Just recently got a phone here and the employee gave me everything I didn't ask for and didn't give me the only thing I did ask for. Went back and forth with representative over the phone to where eventually I took it online.requested to be contacted by the manager. The manager would respond to one email a day if your lucky.then he didn't respond for 2-3 days so I started messaging him more, he completely ignored my concerns. If you want something done Todd probably isn't the guy you want. Doesn't seem fit for management or customer service. This place is a joke. Also wouldn't send me his bosses number because I got sick of waiting for answers.
*Update* they responded to my review I spent a long time typing an email I sent on 10/4/21. It is now 10/15/21 and no one has responded. This place is a gimmick and the service is awful. Hope ya enjoy standing in the corner of a room to have reception

This store totally bulldozed my grandparents when getting new phones. The associate did not listen to my grandmother stating she will purchase cases and screen protectors elsewhere. Also, my grandmother does not have the password to her Gmail account and she stated that she will contact me and get the information. The T-Mobile employee would not listen to her request and instead was resetting her passwords which is causing issues on other accounts as well as not letting them leave without purchasing cases and screen protectors. So it cost my grandparents over $100 for cases and screen protectors when she stated she could buy them online. As well as resetting her Gmail account when she would have just contacted her granddaughter who would have given her the password. Totally unacceptable. We all know that phone employees take advantage of the elderly and that is absolutely what happened.
