This store has EXCELLENT customer service. Isaiah helped me with not only a great holiday promotion but also took his time afterward to ensure everything worked to my satisfaction. He was available for questions over the phone despite being very busy in the store, and he never even sounded frustrated with my many questions. Customer service alone gives this store 10 stars.
Great experience! Amazing customer service! Got an 14 pro max in just 4 days! Dana was fantastic in selling the phone! The manager Isaiah was very kind and professional in assisting. I’m very grateful for getting my son his perfect gift for Christmas!

Jonathan and Isaiah were so kind and helped me with everything I needed. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable and was very honest with me when it came to cost and fees for my new phone. Jonathan went out of his way and made sure I got the most for my phone as well as accessories that were free with my trade-in. I couldn’t be more grateful! Staff seemed nice but will lie to your face and tell you that you are getting a promotion and swear up and down it won’t cost you a cent, then be billed for everything after for products they said we’re free with a “promotion”. VERY Untrustworthy and unprofessional. Will never go back to this location.
Had an amazing experience at this store. Timmy and Jonathan helped me immensely. I had to replace my phone and had no idea what to get.and they didn't just sell me whatever, they listened to what I really needed and could budget for.took the time and made the experience extremely painless (for this non-techie, that was extremely awesome). If you need help, this is a great store, and these two gentlemen are top notch!

Had a ship-to order, the staff was great with walking me through the process of sending my device back and setting up the new one.
Had some issues with my phone and receiving/making calls, the workers were able to break down what was going on and get to the bottom of it. I felt understood, thanks to these guys.
She tried to help but I don't think just turning off Bluetooth is the answer. Will go tomorrow to a different T Mobile store.

This is the best TMobile store ever. I tried all other stores and they wasn't able to help me as this store here with the young lady Ms Stephanie and her manager Jerome they was very helpful and smart and patient they took all my frustration and turned it to a happy helpful experience thank you
Really painful and frustrating process. This store does staff a manager (I found this out later on the phone with a T-Mobile supervisor), but the store clerk Nial M lied to us to avoid taking responsibility for his mistake and said this store does not employ a manager when really they do. The staff is very uninformed. Nial M told us we would get reimbursed for the remaining device payment plan when transferring service from AT&T, but forgot to mention a very huge caveat that we had to purchase new devices and trade in our old ones. Nial M himself put new sim cards into our old devices and told us we were good to go, and would get reimbursed as soon as we upload our last AT&T bill online. This was completely wrong and now we're stuck with TMobile. Even the district manager, who acted very apologetic, took down my information and said he would "call me right back", but then never returned my call.
