10 This place needs to be closed down. They treated and old lady NASTY!
She was rudely told that her phone would be cut off for dollar. By a female employee. The manager which was a white guy, then said change your carrier! We didn't have to tell you that! Do what you gotta do and get out my store. The poor lady said this is all I have, I'm on a fixed income. WHY WOULD TMOBILE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER TREAT AN OLD WOMAN LIKE THAT! THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED! THE OTHER TWO MALE EMPLOYEES SAID WE DONT HAVE TO TELL YOU NOTHING LADY! WHY JUST WHY TMOBILE? ! OVER A DOLLAR THO! THE WOMAN HAD TO BE IN HER LATE 60s or EARLY 70s.
SHAME ON TMOBILE FOR HIRING NASTY EMPLOYEES!
I've always had great success at the store whenever I needed help I always went to this particular store and I always help me out a lot did a great job for me every time no hassle no headaches and no extra pressure of being sold you don't want. You just get done the service that you're looking for and go on your way.
Great place, nice customer service, however I wish the person working with me showed me more of what they had to offer. I think I missed out on some great deals.
The guy (chunky with an incomplete, spotty face beard), who waited on me was very nonchalant in answering my questions inregards to questions about my cell phones being hacked!
DO NOT GET T-MOBILE INTERNET IT IS WORST OF THE WORST. THE WI-FI KEEP GOING IN AND OUT AND YOU HAVE TO KEEP REBOOTING YOUR ROUTER. STICK TO INTERNET WITH COMCAST OR VERIZION
Great service. Helped me after 2 stores refused to help. In and out in 10 minutes while 2 stores said I couldn't be helped.
Wonderful! I am hardnof hearing with a jacked up hearing aid. Chyna was great and parient.
Don't switch to Tmobile, don't go to this store. Switched up two years ago to Tmobile, bad mistake.
When I go to pay my bill, I always wait at least 15-20 minutes. Need a kiosk machine to pay just bills. Thank you.
Josh was supremely helpful and very good at his job. Give that young man a raise! I’ve been to other T-mobiles recently and he was much more knowledgeable, helpful, and actually gave us the best bang for our buck. A+ in professionalism and courtesy as well, he put my screen protector on immaculately and everything.
