If your 55t don't use this store. I went to a add a line and get a hotspot on my prepay account. Bridgette Mcginn help me. 3 hours later I was signed up 24 month contract for phones I was told were free. I paid $172.32 for? And my next bill was due three weeks later. I tried return everything when the manager said there was a re stocking fee. This store ripes people off, lies to the costumer and never answe.the phone. Try calling them I

I have been to Colingdale store last month trying to get more information about the 55+ plans. After a few minutes of ignoring me the associate said that he will be with me soon. While working on some device and not being able to figure it out what the problem was, he addressed me again asking "what do you need anyway? ! " Sorry to bother you hotshot, but after explained to me with an annoying voice why I couldn't get a better deal, I left and went with another provider instead. Not that they care anyway. Here is a tip for Tmobile: since you have money to spend on ads, why not spend some toward hiring better people? ! I was with you guys for many years when you used to be better.
We came in to take care a telephone situation and all the sales person tried to do was up sale us to get a commission. We had already spoke to 611.

DON"T TRUST THESE GUYS. The screen on my phone went blank for no reason. I took it to one of the guys at the T mobile in Collingdale. He looked at it carefully for a couple of minutes, looked at the screen with a flashlight, and pronounced that the screen was dead, and I'd have to buy a new phone. I went to get a second opinion at the Tmobile in Springfield. They fixed it in two seconds with a reset. I went back to Collingdale store, and pointed out he tried to cheat me, and he just laughed like "You caught me. " Don't buy from these guys!
Set appointment for 11am get to the store it sign says closed until 1. Update your scheduling system to reflect store changes.
It's been quite some time since I've been in to the T-Mobile in collingdale however it's always a good time going there to see my T-Mobile experts
They opened at 10am, but I had to wait n wait.it was like 1015am when I left n they still didn't open the door yet, so I left.they only had 2 people in their and they never came to the door or anything. I knocked and they still didn't answer.will never go to that tmobile again!
The male employee's (manager?) demeanor at the computer was completely standoffish and rude. He displayed an arrogant rude attitude towards his co-worker who was trying to explain my problem. Didn't care to look in my direction or acknowledge I was there so I told him I'd get better service at another location.
