Long time sprint customer along for the transition to T-Mobile. After replacing a broken iPhone, the eSIM wouldn't transfer due to the "old" sprint network being down. The first T-Mobile store couldn't help at all getting service back. We went to this store second (chesnut st.), and Kyle D.knew exactly what to do from the start. Provided 3 potential ways this could be fixed, and stuck through it until it eventually was fixed. What started as a 5 hour (stressful) trek to fix a phone, ended within 20 simple minutes. So thankful he is a longtime employee knowledgeable of both the sprint and T-Mobile systems.
Great expirience. They took care that my new SIM worked in my european phone and not just sell it. They really care about their costumeres. I really recommend it.
The worst service I have ever seen, 4 employees and 2 customers and I was waiting 15 minutes to be served
First time here. Excellent first impression. Gino ordered the phone for me. Which I got in just 2 days. Went back to have it set up and transfer my #. Muraad took care of everything which was a little more involved that I planned on. He has more patience than me!

Terrible customer service! The bald guy “helping” me was more concerned with watching the football game on his phone than actually helping me. He seemed annoyed to even help me, and when I did ask questions, his answers were very cursory. The other associate there, scrolling on her phone behind him, told him to give me a mask (without even asking if I had one first) while she had her mask pulled down to her chin! Some places have become more laxed with mask guidelines due to vaccinations, and since there were no signs on the door and neither employees had their mask on when I walked in, I didn’t think I had to, but I wouldn’t have minded wearing it. It was just the way she went about it. The experience overall was poor, and I was the only customer in there.
What a joke. Walked in to try and upgrade my phone and was treated with some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in recent memory. Every question I asked about various upgrade options was met with disdain and annoyance, as though I shouldn’t even be there. A laughable experience. Avoid if you can.
I made an appointment in this store via T-mobile webpage. I came to my appointment just to see the closed store.
Just stopped by this location to join a friends already established TMobile plan. Gregory and the gentleman working with him (I forgot to look at his name tag - whomever was working with Gregory around 5pm on 6/22!) provided such great customer service for the whole visit. Even though it was probably a very boring transaction for them, they provided great service and had wonderful conversation with me and my friend. They were super professional and got me set up and on my way very quickly. I appreciate their assistance and they made me very excited to be a new TMobile customer!
This location provided me with excellent customer service. Carm Rodriquez was the associate who helped me. She was patient, attentive, and kind. Despite the interior renovations underway at this location, I recommend this T-Mobile store due to quality of the associates working here.

I’m a couple days late, but I feel like people always make reviews when things go wrong and not enough when things go Right! I used to have t mobile a few years ago and switched BIGGEST MISTAKE! Anyway I was interested in coming back and didn’t want to wait a day later. I went to this location being it’s down the street from my job and I was worried because of the past reviews I was reading. I walked in and was greeted by EVERYONE in the store. Gino is the associate who worked with me personally! He was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about fees and gave me his opinion on certain options when I asked. I walked out with absolutely everything I wanted for the price point I wanted, and thanks to his help I was able to get a few add-ons and still stayed within what I was looking to spend monthly and as a down payment. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! I don’t know what these past reviews are talking about but couldn’t have been this location.
