T-Mobile reviews
14Hi good afternoon I was there at your store a day ago and Yaislyn and her team help me out and they have great customer service and very nice and respectful.
Unbelievably rude, inconsiderate, ignorant and unprofessional behavior from a store manager Yaslin. Complete lack of people skills.
Yaislyn was very helpful in helping me purchase a phone for my mother and children she was very informative and knowledgeable about the services, thank you for helping me in a quick manner.
Wonderful customer service from Yaislyn Brown. She was so helpful and informative and attentive. Great experience!
Always an issue with this store. My replacement phone was shipped here but the non-present manager NICOLE refused to accept phone via phone call with associate even though corporate processed replacement. This store has arrogant and lazy employees. The associate INEZ called the police because she accussed me of taking a picture of her while I was on phone with Tmoblie customer care in their store. This store is a joke.
If I could give negative stars I would I’ve been with T-Mobile for decades but the attitude in this store is appalling. The employees have an attitude the minute you walk in, I had to triple check that this is a real store and not authorized. Pure ignorance you would think this is a Saturday night live sketch making fun of cardi b working in a phone store. T-Mobile needs to do better and see what is happening in your store I will never be back
If you ever have an issue, question, purchase, or all of the above visit this store and ask for Talisha. I came in with a bill issue that I have been trying to get settled for months. I came in and explained the situation (for the 10th time even though care said they notated my account) and she not only fixed it, she HEARD me! She listened, apologized, and was able to talk to care to get my issue fixed. I also had a few questions about my phone. She took her time and made sure all of my concerns were addressed, this store isn't always the most patient when it comes to that. Thank you Talisha!
That store is very, very rude and will not go there again. I am a customer and picked up a home internet that was used and doesn't work right not to mention dirty when I picked it up. They do not smile and only interested in money, not to mention they only set you up with products that they can make the most money.
Staff is very unprofessional. Eating in front of customers, using foul language, showing pictures to each other of half naked people. Experience was horrible. And overall never helped with problem, just caused more. Be careful of what they charge you, they charged me for expenses they should not have.
Normally I do not give reviews but after today's experience at this location I felt the need to share my experience. Yaislyn Brown and Talisha Harris went above and beyond to assist me with an on going issue with my account. They took their time and would not stop until they were able to fix the issue with care. They are a true delight!
Rude service. I live in Feasterville and I'm now going to the T-Mobile location in Richboro which is almost five miles further away. I will never deal with this location again.
The service I received at this store from both Yaslin Brown and Talisha Harris was so unbelievably poor and unprofessional that I considered abandoning T-Mobile altogether. Fortunately, T-Mobile corporate customer service fixed things and retained me as a longtime customer.
I went into this store to trade in my old phone for a new one. When they processed my upgrade, they forgot to include the trade-in option so that when it was time for me to drop off the old phone and get a credit towards my account, there was no records of it on their system.
Yaslin and Talisha's solution was for me to purchase the same phone again, out of pocket, and then hope that T-Mobile would accept the return of the original phone I had just purchased so that I may be able to take advantage of their current trade-in offer. This solution was ridiculous, wasteful, and Yaslin and Talisha were extremely rude and condescending to me during our entire phone conversation, which is the only thing that prompted me to write this review.
I understand that mistakes are made every day, but at least take accountability and work to resolve the issue instead of insulting your customers and refusing to do anything to solve the problem.
At the end, the person I spoke with over at corporate fixed my issue in about five minutes and frankly couldn't believe the ineptitude and unprofessionalism of how Yaslin and Talisha handled such a simple ordeal.
I will never set foot in this store again and would encourage people not to do business here. Shame on both of you (Yaslin and Talisha) for how this issue was handled, you've earned every star in this review.
Manager Yaislyn was extremely helpful. I just bought a new iPhone at a different location and they didn’t help me set it up, but she didn’t mind helping me sign into my iCloud. She even had me get the case I needed for it. I appreciate the help!
I purchased an s23 ultra from T-Mobile and when it arrived I went to the local store to buy and have a screen protector installed. $70 later it Immediately it was coming up off the corners.
A few days later I went back I said "can I either get another one installed better or just a get a refund? For $70 I know you'd feel the same way. " I know it isn't their fault that T-Mobile is selling this screen protector for so much money.a gentleman named Gordon and another woman working there barely spoke to me the entire time.when the woman spoke she snarkily said "we aren't trained to put on screen protectors. "
Ok, then why do you offer to put them on then? It like a car shop saying they can change my oil but they aren't trained to do it right.
Could have done without the attitude, I was perfectly pleasant, I didn't demand anything I offered to just take a refund and use the phone without a protector, they ignored me, grabbed another one and put it on, handed it to me without looking at me. Lol check the store security cameras it was the rudest I've ever been treated by phone store employees in my life.
