I do not recommend this store or the Shippensburg location. The district manager Austin has now terminated two employees when they sought help in issues they had - he has retaliated against them. Joe, the new manager, is his best friend and is just as unethical as him. If they are willing to behave like this to employees, what are they willing to do to customers? I'm thinking of leaving T-Mobile because I'm scared they will retaliate on my account! Not ethical and not moral people that are running this place. Go to a different store that has employees that are moral and ethical.

Great Employee Respect and A Very Nice Store Manager Joe is very knowledgeable about his duties as a retail manager also the store was neat and clean it's no wonder t-mobile is called the un-carrier they are always courteous and get the job done! Missing the previous Employee Ash at this store location Ash was super and great at helping customers with whatever was needed done we miss you Ash plz come back to t-mobile!

Great service coverage for area - just be careful with internet - the souther side of I-81 is apparently in an area that constantly tries to connect to a tower further away, which causes some in/out service reconnects with unexpected weather. 3 stars because of connectivity issues and automatic payment bill charge change. I understand rates are changing, but taking away automatic $5 deduction for credit card processing? If my bill goes from $55 to $50, that $5 (9.09%) is much greater than the 2-3% (avg vendor fee is approximately 2.25%) spent on payment processing. T-Mobile is now earning about $3.75 extra per internet credit card bill payment. This is how extra future inflation is created.

Joe was a nightmare to deal with. He claimed he was manager but it didn't seem like he had a flipping clue what he was doing, so I'm sort of hoping that was a lie. He gave me misinformation about plans, promotions, and what my monthly cost would be. And God forbid, if he tells you something is "free" stay far, far away from it.

If it's true and he is a manager.hey T-Mobile, get a new one.

The manager Joe gave me incorrect information that the rep had to fix once he left. It seems the day to day employees know more about what's going on here than the manager does.

Noble Blvd store has never let me down. I have thoroughly enjoyed each employee and experience every time I visited this store, so I'll continue to return there for any of my phone or internet needs. I upgraded 3 lines my past trip. I was luckily working with Noel who was professional, attentive, positive, friendly and was great at multitasking. I also appreciated Kyle and Joe for their greetings and honest input. All three of these guys were great with customers, empathized and went above and beyond for everyone (I observed several encounters with customers while I was here). It's also outstanding how many customers come in close to closing. (Stop that.most phone/internet upgrades/purchases etc take well over a half hour). The guys were gracious and still went above and beyond to help customers but it's extremely rude for people to come in close to closing, when they can see the hours and know they're keeping the employees past the time. All of which, these 3 handled extremely well. I appreciate down to earth people who straight-shoot me and try not to waste my time. I have received this every time at this store, most recently with Noel. He handled everything I needed as fast as he could. He was wonderful at tackling multiple issues/multiple customers while my data was transferring as he assisted other customers.he perfectly assured every customer they were not forgotten about, that they (the TM employees) would take care of us and apologizing for any (understood) wait times. Noel was very knowledgeable and didn't make me feel "like a number" or feel pressured into anything like most sales reps do. Thank you to Noble Blvd store (and now Noel - can't spell Noble without Noel) for always being real, professional and friendly. I appreciate you.

Where to begin. I started my evening off by seeking out a new mobile carrier. I entered a T-Mobile down by giant and they asked us to come back because it was 30 minutes before they closed. We agreed and left. We arrived at this T-Mobile where a battle of wits occurred. The only way to describe the battle that occurred between ash and I is that of Braveheart.

Not only did ash demonstrate the ability to listen, he also used active listening skills to help uncover my unspoken needs as well as solving my immediate ones. We left with 3 new lines of service, plenty of accessories and I am going to be going back to get a watch from him!

As this great story comes to an end, I bow my head to the worthy adversary Ash. ‘‘Twas an honor to have an actual great experience at a cell phone store.

Got talked in to things I didn't want and am paying way more than I wanted or should and the discounts promised aren't even in place. But I have great service and I love the phone pretty much and this will be great for my credit.

2 days ago I went into this store to start a new contract with this company. The guy who greeted me was Ash. He was so nice and helpful. He didn't feed me the normal salesman talk and he double checked everything before any decisions were put in place. He was very funny and he saved me so much money. I overheard some of his coworkers while we were there and I'm glad he was the one to assist me cause I can tell you now he's their best sales rep. As for the phone service itself, it's been awesome so far and my new phone has been even better. I highly recommend the new galaxy 23. Have 0 complaints whatsoever.

As a long time Sprint customer we had been to many T Mobile stores and they were unable to help or would not take the time, Ash and Kyle took the time-saved us money, and answered all thr questions we had, this will be my got to store for any phone needs.

Recently switched over to T-mobile from Verizon. Kyle was exceptionally courteous, very knowledgeable, an outstanding asset to T-mobile. Couldn't have asked for a better guy to deal with. He is definitely 5 star

My family and I had a great experience at the TMobile in Carlisle PA on Noble Blvd. We switched over 4 phones and got home internet service. The manager was extremely helpful and helped us save money! We are very happy with our switch! We highly recommend them!
