T-Mobile, Mt Pleasant PA

A+a+±+ mt pleasant t mobile I had no service at my home in champion pennsylvania. Went to T-Mobile I have four bars all the time works great for me in my situation. I hated to leave Verizon after 9 years but they can't provide service in my area. It was a pleasurable store experience as they explained everything to the best of their knowledge. The transaction was smooth and easy looking forward to dealing with those guys in the future. A+ a+ a+ a+

We switched to TMobile from Cricket. We had the privilege of having Isaiah help us. He was very knowledgeable and kind during the whole transaction. He even stayed 2 hours after closing to help us transfer everything over! We had a great experience and would highly recommend Isaiah if you want to switch over to TMobile! Thanks, Isaiah!

Very bad experience. Was misquoted on price, and so many other policy details, I wouldn't know where to begin. The representatives were either not knowledgeable of the Tmobile policies, or in their eagerness to have us switch carriers, omitted them. The manager, (whom I understood to be Tmobile manager for the area) was supposed to meet to discuss issues and didn't show up. Each month the bill had surcharges and fees. I had to make many long phone calls to customer service, assuring me all would be taken care of. Only to see another fee added the following month.
Finally, paid off the phone, and took the losses just to get out of this plan.

This is the most uneducated, worthless group of people. They have no idea what they’re doing or how to do their jobs. I have spent countless times in this store trying to get a business plan for my employees so it is cheaper for them. It is supposed to be $47 a month for unlimited everything per person. Just got a bill for $2,000. Was there for over 3 overs just on one occasion to get it fixed and all they were worried about was getting their commission and not my time. Now I have to go back down to a different T-Mobile to find some useful people who aren’t just worried about commission and not wasting my time. Avoid this location at all costs.

Best associates I have ever encountered at any cell phone store. They are very approachable, helpful and outgoing. Easy to talk.
Would highly recommend traveling to this store for any Tmobile business. It os worth the drive.

First off, when you work on commission, things get shaddy eight away. It took about 3 hours to switch over to tmobile. Most of it was phone activation. Then I was told the bill was going to be, with all promos and discounts 120.
The first bill showed up online 192. One discount was counted twice by the sales rep. At the store, added 18 dollars per line protection plans, which were never discussed, and set up account with the wrong address. Overall, the experience was long frustrating for all involved and not the positive experience You hope for when you switch to something new. There was a little positive the staff remained friendly throughout the whole process, but if I was padding commission to a sale, I'd be happy to.

Last minute decided to go with t-mobile. Super happy with my experience. The team here did everything they could to make sure we had a good experience.

These folks are FABULOUS! I would highly recommend them. We're retired and tech stupid. They did EVERYTHING for us. They are the cat's meow!

I went to TMobile to get my new iPhone and had an absolutely wonderful time. The girl working down there Shyanne was extremely helpful. She helped me decide which phone would be best for what I wanted and kept it under a reasonable price tag. I 100% recommend this TMobile store. Very friendly staff made me feel welcomed

Very pleased with my recent visit to the T-mobile in mount pleasant. We dealt with Gabby, Missy, and Isaiah and they really went above and beyond to make us feel as though we was the most important customer. Glad to have joined the T-mobile network.

I think TMobile is one of the worst companies you can go to service is awful would not recommend this company to anyone
