T-Mobile, Plymouth Meeting PA

My brothers and I went in this afternoon to trade in our phones and upgrade, but they did not have a phone in stock for one of my brothers. The employee who helped us then called the East Norton location to find out if they had his phone in stock, which he said they did.

We then went to the East Norriton location where the employee told us that they did NOT have the phone in stock and that the Plymouth store employee had hung up on him in the middle of the phone call. We assume he just did not want to help us since we showed up two hours before closing for 3 phone trade-ins. We would have appreciated transparency and honesty instead of being lied to. The employee at East Norriton was helpful, respectful and very patient, I highly recommend you try them instead!

John Jayy helped me and my fiance switch from Verizon to T-mobile and get new iphones and such. He was so helpful and patient even with the store being super busy. 10/10 would recommended

Rude useless employees told I had a billing issue that was not resolved and they told me to call tge useless tmobile number that I spent an hour on previous to visiting store.

Called this location and had a nice chat. Went in and they addressed my needs with friendly and fast service. Thanks for making me feel not as bad about dropping my phone in the river!

Store hours posted says 10-9 a very rude female employee yelling through glass says they open at 11 oh well

The manager at t mobile, Julia was hands down the best person Ive ever dealt with when it comes to phones, she got me in and out! The best t mobile store in the area tri-state area!

Bought a sim card which they refused to refund when found to be incompatible with my phone forcing me to buy unneeded new handset. Nice staff so 2 stars but I am furious
