Aweful customer support and basically tell u to leave when they don't want to help. Worst store t mobile has by far

They told us to come in for a warranty phone and lied and told us that there was a cracked in the phone and call insurance. They lied to us! Terrible management! They told us they would give us a phone and they didn't!

Cesar was amazing at helping me sort out issues with my work phone. This store is the best T-Mobile store in the area. I highly recommend this store over any other T-Mobile store in the area.

Jamie helped me and was super nice and helpful. Jamie also made sure my data and personal info was secure, and that I understood the precautions she was taking. The store was super busy, but I did not feel rushed. I would go out of my way to go to this specific t mobile store.

The store manager and it’s self is very rude of a person because my mom ordered the phone a replacement and she said she will not take my old phone and now they will not give me the new phone. Please do not go to this t-mobile.

Walked in to get general help on my phone. When I walked in, was barely greeted. Finally, someone, a lady, asked what I needed. I told her. She didn’t try to help, just said to go to Apple Store. Not great customer service or energy at this branch. I’ll find another one to go to.

A person in charge named Diyma is not customer friendly! Another fairly new rep was trying to assist me. This assist mgr was screaming across the room that I can’t use Wi-Fi at the store. I did not come the store to use Wi-Fi. I have gig speed Wi-Fi at home. I can to xfer data instruction after adding a new iPhone to my account. Her rudeness when I called in and the in person experience made me stop going there even though the location is convenient. I hope Tmobile takes her out of her role and give some remedial team and service training. T mobile is the best. I’ve been a customer for 20 years. This store stinks avoid it.

The worst service I could’ve ever possibly gotten. I went into the store with a voicemail problem and I was told by the young lady there that she couldn’t help me. I had a call the one 800 number I left and went to the T-Mobile store in Willow Grove Mall and they fixed it within five minutes of. I would never walk into that store again, and it may stop me from using T-Mobile in the future.

Ordered protective screens for our phones. Had to continually push for service. Didn't seem like he wanted to help. We did get the covers in the mail. Thank you

I had a problem with my 4 year old phone and I wanted to purchase a new phone after the warranty and replacement plan I was sold wouldn't cover it. They got my phone to boot up in the store and the man that was helping me refused to sell me a phone insisting I would return it and also started talking about how he wouldn't waste his time with customers unless he was making a commission sale. I felt extremely disrespected only to go home and order an s21 from the online store. The females sales associate was very nice and that's the only reason I'll give 2 stars and not one.

Your store employee Sharon was being rude towards my mother, who is trying to transfer the number over to T-Mobile. My mom doesn't speak english well, and this Sharon person wont let my mom speak, and was being very condescending.

Pleasantly surprised! The young guy there helped my dad and I figure out a super backwards problem with his new phone. He got us in and out with no headache and no questions asked. I was so relieved.

First of all, I been with T-mobile since1999.went into them retail store to purchase a apple watch. "Asked" specifically if there was a data plan attached to the watch? Was told "No". Only to find out once I got home, that there was a plan attached.the MANAGER JOEL WAS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING BOTH ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON.never apologize for the mix up or miss information that i was told.
There always seem to be a huge miss communication between the retail stores and customer service
