9Upon arriving to remove my number from one account and open another, the store was empty. Unfortunately, the staff refused to assist and directed us to contact customer service online. It raises concerns if your employees cannot perform a straightforward task like opening a new account and transferring a number.
I went inside to pay my bill to be told I would be charged a $5.00 fee. No way I walked out! Poor choice to your good paying on time customer. Businesses are always trying to get more money. Not fair.
So disappointed. I always loved Tmobile. Have had issues but they always took care of it. I had a problem with my phone and they replaced it. I went in the young man was very nice but i asked him to make sure everything was backed up. Im old n wasnt sure. He said yup no problem. Also convinced me to take home FREE for 15 days internet. I told him the web said its not in my area. He said it was. Took it home of course it didnt. Spent 2 days trying to return. However what really hurts is he didnt make sure all was backed up n my tmobile messages wernt. My neace had a message on there and i was saving it because she died shortly after that completely unexpected. My heart is so sad. Tmobile promise to call me back n didnt they also promised 15.00 for inconvenience of the internet never got that either but most importantly was my neaces message to me n THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Ilove tmobile n the young man was very nice but perhaps more training because this was so important to me and i will never hear her voice again. Over all i still think there the best company but in this case 1 star. Im so sorry. I cant even really be mad at the young man as much as tmobile for broken promises and not traing him right n not calling me back n try at least to retrive it. She promised to call back n i still dont know that there not going to charge me for the internet because even though i returned it immediately i kept getting tex saying thank you for adding a new line
Customer service told me I could return the internet hardware Purchase at the store but when I went in Exeter T-Mobile store would not accept the item.
I love T-Mobile and the T-Mobile store in Exeter Commons. When my son & I needed help with exchanging our phones Jazmine came to the rescue. She was kind & very patient along with explaining everything she was doing to our phones. She's the best!
I can't say enough about the help I received from Shaymar and her colleagues at the Exeter Commons T-Mobile store. I came in because I've been trying to close the account I had opened for my brother-in-law during COVID. He died three weeks ago without ever having used the phone and tablet we had gotten him. Shaymar and Nimi (?) not only showed real compassion for my situation, Shaymar insisted on helping to make sure that I would not be charged for yet another month of unused service. If my husband and I were not longtime Credo Mobile users, we would've switched to T-Mobile then and there.
Tried to purchase a cell phone with the store price costing $230, then during the purchase, not before the purchase, he mentioned a $35 service fee that didn't seem fare but i agreed to it. The problem was that when I got my receipt, the phone rang as $260 instead of the price shown $230. Then try to tell me that's after tax price then said that's what it costs. So they would've made an extra $65 from me. I returned it all.
As usual worse experienced ever I do hate t mobile.worse place ever hate it waisted your time for no reasons just no do their jobs right try to avoid this place really disgusting people
Bran is the best! Switching phone carriers is always a hassle, but he made the experience enjoyable and was very transparent from start to finish! I made sure to recommend my family to him, and they had the same experience! 11/10. People like Bran make the world a better place.
