Olinda and Lilly were very helpful and nice even with unruly customer around them great help very fast and simple with no issues 100% would go back and recommend them!

So before you read the long version of this: until this location hires someone that knows how to do their job do not shop here!

Last weekend we stopped in to get a few things changed to our account since we were grandfathered in from Sprint (Nextel). One was change the plan, then a home internet device and finally add two Apple Watches to the account. The only thing that they managed to get right was the home internet device. I asked for a plan with a military discount which they claimed I was all set for. Nope! I currently have a T-Mobile unlimited plan. Not even close to what I asked for. Apple was currently offering a higher trade in value for a new Apple Watch so we bought one from there. T-Mobile was offering an Apple Watch SE at a reduced rate which again they claimed we qualified for. A day later we had to return it because it turns out our plan did not qualify. So they lost another sale as we bought it somewhere else and added it to a different account. My daughter whom is an administrator on the account had to make several extra trips and time on the phone getting to the crux of the issues and it all came down to the visit that Saturday morning.

I don’t know what is up with the skill level of the representatives at this location but there’s no excuse for the circus.

This T Mobile is a corporate, not contractors store.
The team was very professional and I did not feel rushed. I upgraded my iPhone to a 15 Pro Max and took advantage of the special and added an Apple free watch. Lindsey was great and transferred all my data, helped me pack the old phone which I need to drop off at a UPS Store!
We visited this store twice, both times on Saturdays around 4: 30-6: 00 pm and while the store was busy, the staff took care of us and we were not rushed! Great place!

They weren't very helpful when I asked them about the charger on my phone not working properly.
They sent me to a place that supposedly fixes phones? Uh, no.
The place in the mall not only cleaned the dirt and lint in the charger, they fixed the phone!

Im from AZ visiting Lancaster PA and stopped into the T-Mobile store at ParkCity Mall to get an issue fixed on my sister-in-laws newly actived plan and iphone. Lindsey explained the issue will fix itself or we can manually fix it and she wrote down the instructions. VERY HELPFUL! But the reason I'm writing this review is that she was able to solve a problem that I was having with one contact on my phone in text messaging that NO OTHER T-Mobile person or ANYONE else, or even Google that I asked could solve in the last 8 months since activation (and there have been many). AMAZING! She stuck with it until she figured it out. Thanks, Lindsey.

Went there purchase home internet. I believe someone new helped me. She keep trying to ask her manager Sam. Unfortunately Sam didn’t want to bother helping her and me.
Sam just pointed to another one of his employer and keep walking around. Finally she figured out how to do it. It took long time.
I wished manager Sam helped his coworker

Edit now this guy is saying I was wrong when I got my phone fixed just fine somewhere else just fine. Truly the worst place I've ever been
These people are the worst stay far away. Horrible rude customer service. Will never be back. I'm not sure what the man's name is but he should be fired. Horrible service! I have never felt so disrespected by someone in customer service in a long time. Shame on him and whoever lest that man work with people! I'm so angry!

Geremiah is a Godsend. I went there to get a second opinion after going to the TMobile store in the complex with the TJ Maxx and Ollie's and having a lukewarm exchange with a young man there who just basically told me I needed to get a new phone. Geremiah was knowledgeable and spoke to me like I wasn't some aging dinosaur like everyone else I encountered in other TMobiles did. He went with the path of least resistance first by merely swapping out my older sim card for a new one and it did the trick. He listened to me and my needs and troubleshot like a champ. Thank you Geremiah for saving me big bucks and for saving my mood for the rest of the weekend!

Terrible, only one person in Spanish and who evidently does not earn commissions for sales because he never had any intention of speeding up his sale and what's more, he told me that his departure time was close, so I waited for him for nothing

Staff was friendly when I send up and when I cancelled my service. Had I known when signing up that I would be unable to cancel my service in person I never would have signed up in the first place. It seems like common sense if I can sign up inside your store I should be able to cancel in store as well right? So even after waiting in store I got to spend 30+ minutes on the phone cancelling my service. Fun fact, when you call in to cancel your service they try to sell you additional services.

Great customer service! Thank you Geremiah for helping set up my new phone and giving us your undivided attention even when the store was very busy and for replacing the SIM card in my mom's phone. Samuel was wonderful making sure we were greeted within minutes of walking o to a busy store and helping us look into the most affordable optionfor our budget. A special thank you to Sarah who originally helped my mom set up her account a few months prior she made such a good impression we returned to the same location. What an awesome team keep up the good work!

Professional and well trained staff. They always go the extra mile for their customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else personally. I'm very happy with the services and value they provide. Even if I have any issues with my plan or services, they are resolved quickly. Magenta all the way!
