He helped us every step of the way and even helped other family members over the phone as they had to do their part. I’m an so impressed by his service. Best we have ever encountered at any cellular company!

Awesome service.fixed all the error that was caused by T-Mobile store next to park city close to Ollie’s horrible service there but the one in Fruitville pike T-Mobile store sorted out all the errors. 10/10

I had spent hours at different competitor's stores and even one T Mobile store and walked out because of poor customer service skills. Kamal and this store met my needs perfectly. I've gotten very good service from this location of t-mobile. I was able to continue my service with this company and acquire a new Samsung phone for a flat $65 plus only increase of $18 to my monthly fees. I credit the efforts of Representative Mercedes Lanigan, who did a very efficient job of recommending, advising, and connecting my new state of the art device. Highly recommended!
The store was very busy. Only 2 people working. We were there for 10 minutes or more before someone approached us. Then we're told he didn't know how long the wait could be. There were still at least 7 people ahead of us. We waited 10 and left because nothing changed as far as the amount of people were being helped. Which was still the same from when we walked in. The phones are stuck to the stands you cannot hold them or do much. The store has a very cold feeling. Not very inviting.
This places need more staff, waited almost 2 hours to get serviced…yes mind you it was a weekend but still, I feel if more staff was made available it would allow faster turnaround. Bald man that was helping me was kinda off putting surprisingly to me because it is a customer service based role, I don’t feel welcome at this location for that reason. Will go elsewhere, hopefully it gets better.

I'd recently gone to another T-Mobile location where the salesmen tried to swindle me. I walked out of that store and was considering changing providers, but figured I would give a different location one last shot. I'm so glad I came to this particular T-Mobile. Juan was kind, helpful and professional. He made me feel that I wasn't just another person to poach and treated me how a customer expects to be treated. 10/10, would recommend.
I came in the store on 3/31 to pickup a new phone and activate service that I had pre-ordered online. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Juan who assisted me through the entire process seamlessly. As a hotel manager I have high expectations for customer service and I have to say Juan exceeded expectations in every regard. 10/10 service
I had an horrible experience at another T-Mobile that made consider switching but I came here to see if they could help resolve the problems I was having with my phone. They greeted me kindly and had the best atmosphere out of all the T-Mobiles I have been to in my 6+ years of being with T-Mobile. The employee who took care of me did everything he could to resolve my sim card/mobile data issue and I couldn't have been any more appreciative for taking the time and not automatically referring me to customer service. If I could give this store 10 stars I would. Definitely won't be going to any other store for my future purchases.

Attentive and helpful staff. Did not have to wait too long and was able to.completeba shopping trip while phone data was transferred. Win-win.
My wife and I came in to switch two lines over from Verizon. We had a pretty complicated situation and Mabel spent two hours working with us making sure everything was taken care of and getting us the best deal possible.
