I went in to inquire about new phone for my cousin and they help me very nice. The manager Jusef took his time with me to explain everything nice people nice store 10/1 me gusta

Hands down the best t-mobile in the area! The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They were also patient although my child was running around the store. Would definitely come back again!

This store is horrible I went there twice once to send out my note ten because I upgraded to the note 20 and when I upgraded they told me I can take my phone to any tmobile or sprint store and they told me no that they couldn't ship it then I went there today to change my Sim card from sprint to tmobile and the girl said they couldn't help me because they where closing early and it was only 5pm and it was the same girl that told me that I couldn't take my phone there to be shipped back they are horrible and the girl obviously doesn't know how to operate sprint or tmobile systems cause she told me to go to the spri t store down the st because we had sprint phones just horrible I don't recommend anyone to that store

I had such a great experience here with the help of the manager Wendy. She made the process of updating my phone super smooth. I would come back here all the time just to get that warm friendly customer service. Thank you again!

Read this entire review! It's long but it's necessary
Incident 1 - Switched from post paid to prepaid, Rochelle charged me 4x, $180 instead of $45, in December. They did nothing to help me get my $ back I'm still fighting my bank for a refund, 4 months later.

General - Their prepaid system is terrible, it doesn't tell you your balance and prompts you to pay every month even when there is a large balance on the account. If you don't pay it they will shut your phone off with no notice, not even a text message, they did it to me 2 months in a row.

Incident 2- I went in for a refund of an different over payment than incident 1 because they were about to shut my phone off for 3rd time, (regardless of the $70 on my account for a $40 a month plan.)
I walk into the store to witness their employee I believe her name is Bri, taunt a customer and then lunge at her to physically attack her. A different employee held her back, but she was trying to assault the customer. A 3rd employee called the cops on the customer, when her coworker attacked. Can't make this stuff up. I told the cops the truth, no1 got arrested. They told Bri or w.e to stay in the back till I left, that girl should not have her job and probably wouldn't last a day in RCF lets be honest here.smh.
I was gonna switch back to post paid but I canceled on the spot. They never gave me the refund that they claimed I was getting for $115 (70 account balance plus $45 over payment)
Avoid this place at all costs.

Unprofessional. Not knowledgeable. After sending me home with a faulty phone that wasn't properly set up, I was told to finish the set up online at home. Only to return the next day and spend 4 hours in the store and still have issues.

Employees are very friendly but will lie to you about fees, bought a new phone and ask them about a upgrade support fee of $20 and they said it would be charged if I bought online or in the store even though I had checked the online price earlier, after calling the T-Mobile corporate line I found out that it is completely at the stores discretion whether that fee is charged. Completely unacceptable Behavior especially since I found out later I was speaking to the store manager. Always double-check your receipts!

T-mobile offers you a rental phone when your phone is broken but not one t-mobile in Philadelphia has any in stock? Offering a service they can't even provide to customers.
