Absolutely horrible customer service. The man that works there was incredibly rude. He ended up writing the title transfer for $2k more than the loan paperwork we gave him. When we called him on it he got belligerent. He gave us the difference in cash and said don't come back. Safe to say we won't be back or ever refer anyone to them.

The man is rude, belligerent and disrespectful to women. I paid for a service 7 months ago that he did not complete. When I confronted him about it, he threw the paperwork at me and cussed at me. Horrible service and he doesn’t know what he is doing.
