Placed an online order and it got lost in the system, they took care of the replacement free of charge and made sure I didn’t sit around waiting too long. Great service for a busy location!

I love this store, it’s clean, food is always hot and correct. Employee’s are polite and efficient. Better than almost all of the fast food places in my area. Great place, I hope the company takes care of them, because they deserve it!

I come here often & I’m getting tired of not getting the sauces I order, especially the extras I pay for.

This Taco Bell has been around forever. There's always a big like because of where it's located but it moves fast. The workers are nice and always get my order right, and they're always happy to oblige if you ask for extra utensils/napkins. Food is better than most other Taco Bells, but also.it's a Taco Bell. If you're looking for really good tacos, probably go somewhere else.

Will be back here again.we all know working in fast food sucks.we all know your order might get messed up.well last night my brother and I went to this location. We did the drive thru and turns out we got the wrong mobile order. The lady (wish we had her name) went over the top making it right. She was able to get our order done timely and made sure everything was right. A+ great customer service!

I ordered a all vegetarian order and I open one of my bean burritos and there is a piece of chicken next to it’! It’s against my religion to even get close to meat and I’m very disappointed

Service was fast, and everyone was nice to us, being we're a mixed couple. Prices weren't bad, and they have touchless ordering and checkout. Pretty cool, it was super clean

I'm giving this location one star mainly because of one person the manager John. The way he yells and berates his staff is so belittling. Being a manger myself I understand your staff is only as good as you manage and his leadership skills are horrible.

Was literally just there 10/16/21 @ 9: 34 p.m. Ordered a chicken sandwich box and they gave me my box in a bag and didn't give me the chicken sandwich taco.its literally the name of the box, how did that get left out after theyassured me everything was in the bag? This is not the first time something like this is happened and my quesadilla had no meat on the ends smh. Hold up the line and check your bag people, you can count on this location to mess it up

They are either slacking hard or just too busy for current workers, the past 2 times ive ordered they have decides to throw a taco box in a bag instead of a box and for some reason the whole thing was wet both times

Let me tell you, I don't usually rate fast food joints. But, the chick who took my order and passed it to me at the window deserves every bit of the 5 stars. You better give her a raise. If I had hiring power at my job I'd steal her right out underneath of you! Thanks Sweetheart, you know who you are, all that positivity, good vibes!

Purchased soft tacos and they had more meat in them than the last time.
Raised the prices but added more meat. Enjoyed them.

You know for a place that's always hiring, they don't want to work, fire and hire some people that actually want to work and not make comments like "you should have just said that" with a dumb aditude.
McDonald's actually will kiss you before they touch you and it's down the street. Pro tip, and it's not just a McTip.

I've been there 4 times and the order are always wrong, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt everytime but it never works out, even during slow hours.

Service was fast, food was fresh looking, very small portions then expected. Safety & cleanliness is very important to me. Cashier assisted cook with food preparation with same gloves on that was used at register.store in Franklin Mills Circle

I've Could Visit Taco bell someday. Even weird Tomatoes And The pickles.and Sonic works there Too. I have had enough of This place, And not Clean. But a bunch Of work for Me! And The nachos.
