Yo the food was so good, whoever made it tonight knows how to cook.the guy at the window was super friendly

Came over on my lunch and they were really nice and the food wasn’t bad. I believe the cashier was destiny and she was really sweet and made my day

Order was cold. Tattoos on employees. Looked like gang members.
Bad attitude. Will not be coming back.

Came for lunch from work. Took almost 20 minutes for two small burritos. The staff basically ignored the front counter and anyone waiting. When I finally got my order one of the items was wrong and I had to ask to get my drink cup. At this point it's better to just drive to the Kingston location. The place was clean and I saw the employees actively changing gloves so there is that, I guess.

Super friendly staff that's always willing to help. Food is always good and comes out quick. So happy they put a Taco Bell closer to home for me

Employees seemed overwhelmed. It’s not their fault very busy. Did dock a star because I got a regular soda instead of the diet I ordered. But not a bad Taco Bell.

I love Taco Bell. But unfortunately it seems like the was quality of the food has diminished over the years.

It only tastes half decent because it's a new facility, I know taco bell in general doesn't clean there cooking apparatus's and the older they get the nastier the food.

While it is new and clean, you have to place your own order on a pad. I should get paid. If I have to place my own order and check out my meals what are people getting paid for. Will probably not go again.

If you want Taco Bell, you’re better off going to a different location. The food is disgusting most of the time. I’ve had burritos with practically nothing inside with wraps that are cold and “raw”. The first time I got a Mexican pizza it didn’t taste how it should and tossed most in the garbage. The second time, it was un-cut and the tortillas were RANCID! The fiesta veggie burrito was like nothing I’ve had before at other locations. It’s like they made it up. And there were large, hard, tasteless pieces of avacoda in it. It makes me wonder how sanitary and safe this place is to eat from if they can’t even make fast food. Never coming here again.

When I spoke to the manager about the missing food from my bag she insisted my order was made correctly and called me a liar. They refused to refund my money or give me the food I paid for. Definitely avoid this location

I can't even begin to express to you the absolute ignorance that I encountered today at this particular location.
Not one person came over to the register to help us.
We were trying to pay cash but everyone kept talking in the back make inside stairs at us no one came up to help us.
Leave and made a statement loud enough to the gentleman checking out for the day about no one paying attention no 1 helping us we didn't find what we were looking for on the menu and he stood there and completely ignored what we said.
I have never felt so disrespected at a location in my entire life I refuse to ever go back to this location I can't believe those people still have a job that absolute ignorance was baffling.

Just picked up my order and it's completely wrong! I guess they don't care after a certain time what they give to customers!
