Taco Bell reviews
20Y'all need to give food workers more credit cuz despite there being a pretty long line during dinner rush, the workers here were very kind and thorough.order was perfect, despite it being mobile they still confirmed everything with me before proceeding.very pleasant, the one taking our order was named Lucas and hella friendly.please give everyone here a raise cuz they are the backbone of my disgusting eating habits
Blake and Ryan went above and beyond for me at the drive through food was good and hot but the cinnamon delight I had order had no filling and were super cold won’t be order those from here such a disappointment because those were what I really wanted this happend before I wanted to give them another try but no luck overall a great place an great Custermer service just wish those treats were just a lil hot they don’t even have to be sfresh out just have some filling
Usually, the food is great cause I always order here, but when picking up the food on the December 23,2021, the chicken quesadilla had NOTHING on it! No chicken or cheese. Whoever made the wrap need to go back to learn to PUT THE INGREDIENTS ON/IN THE WRAPS! And really all the food there should have more stuffed in them, cause it sure don't never be like the false advertisement of the menu pictures. Managers stop skimping on the food.
Service at this store is either good or bad. It feels like I'm testing my luck. But my most recent experience was positive, friendly customer service and good food. I would love for all locations to improve their service and open dine in.
Tasty, hot, and properly prepared food. Guy in the drive through was friendly and helpful. Thank you! Most places aren't so great when it's late but you seem to be consistently great!
I hadn't been to a Taco Bell for over 5 years due to the way I was treated. I decided to give the new Hoffman Blvd location a try and got REALLY sick on the food. That's it. I'm done with Taco Bell forever
The drive-thru is closed for repairs. I went in and ordered 3 crispy taco Supreme meal with extra meat. Unfortunately I had to wait 20 minutes for my food. I watched the kitchen staff working feverishly and the one compliment I will give for certain is whoever made my tacos did put major effort in to make them look perfect. The food tasted great, but the wait was ridiculous for a fast food restaurant.
Super slammed as in line around the building and it's the only place open. Tacos were full, like in the commercials. I know they're short staffed, and they handled it well.
Charged for wrong order. Told food was given to someone else so it had to be made again yet my actual order was sitting there getting cold. Employee was going to have me pay for my order in addition to the order I had already paid for. Manager took care of it.
There were two cars in front of me in the drive thru and it still took 30 minutes. I asked for a bunch of hot sauce and they gave me none.
Went Friday 11/5, line was long and took over an HOUR to get through. There was a point where the line just stopped all together for 20 minutes, which seemed like they just took a long break. Then last night 11/7 the line was short and still took forever. I ordered bean burritos and get this trash in the photo. Wouldn’t even have complained about the wait if they could make a simple burrito.
Taco bell obviously is a fast food restaurant theres no denying that. But I always will say that taco bell has the best fast food you can find in terms of bang for buck.
Taco Bell: you let me down. I frequent Taco Bell regularly, but this time was one for the books. The wait for the drive through, I don’t mind that. Received my order and it was missing half of it. We called the manager and he said that they are moving fast and sorry about that. We understand, but now we have to wait in the line, again. He was flustered with us being that we were unhappy with our service. We simply stated, if it was correct the first time, we wouldn’t have to wait an hour and a half to get the full meal, correctly ordered.
They have a sign that says, "come on in, dining room is open" but it is indeed locked. They are drive thru only and have some of the longest lines, even at outside regular dining hours. If you are a delivery driver avoid at all costs!
Blain at the window was very polite! The team was quick and worked together. My order was exactly right when it came out. Perfect!
Drive through staff was super pleasant and delightful the couple of times we've come here. Brian especially had an infectiously happy mood that rubbed off on us.
The worse fast food place in century 3 location. The drive thru is always packed and slow. Then yesterday I went there and ordered 2 meals one of them was a chicken bowl and the other was a cravings box they're advertising. Well after getting our food come to find out there's no spoon inside to eat the bowl and no sauces in the bag which I asked for extra sauces. So I got back into the drive thru line that was already around the building again. When I got to the order speaker box I told them what happened (obviously a little upset) and find out they dnt have spoons to eat the chicken bowl. So I asked them why they wouldn't disclose that and this black guy comes to the window acting all tough and raising his voice trying to show off for the woman employee's. Just shows you how much customer service has changed so much over the years.
It took 45 minutes from the time I ordered until the time I recieved my food. Would not reccomend unless you have time to kill
Oct 2021 update - The advertisements are calling it a Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco. So what is it? A taco? A Sandwich? Decided to try it and got it in the Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco Box. Got three things: The item itself, accompanied by a beef taco and a shredded chicken burrito. The other two have been on the menu forever, so not much needs to be said about them.
The main new item? It's a fried chicken tender placed inside a thicker version of the standard soft taco with some mayonnaise based sauce slathered on top. Nothing really exciting. The photos I am attaching tell you what you need to know.
The reason I am keeping the four star rating is that you know what you are in for, and this is one of the few fast food locations here that still manages to have an open dining room! Good for them.
2017 - Very clean and efficiently run outpost of this chain known for their cheap food. Tried the latest special beefy potato rito and got a small tortilla filled with velveeta and some other unrecognizable substance
The line is always there lol good food I recommend the chicken quesadilla it's about pricey compared to the other combos but for 20$ u can definitely feed whoever u need with the burrito or taco box
