Taco Bell, Wilkes-Barre PA

This was a decent group of taco bell workers, all really cool, the one mistake my order had they fixed it right up, your average run of the mill taco bell. With the exception of the wicked cool mustache the one guy had lol

Food was soggy, and they didn't give the order right. Had to argue with manager to correct it.

Here is another 3 star if they can stop forgetting peoples items in the order drive through is the worse, and the regular tacos are just soggy anymore the lettuce must not be drained eww… prices are up and than it cost more gas to go back check your food VERY good

Worst taco bell ever. Let me start by saying I own a small business and know how petty some people can be with negative reviews. This is my second time ordering from this location. The 1st time I let it slide with stake chalupa shells. This time was it was the same thing. Chalupa shells were old, hard, chewy and tasted like old grease. It literally broke apart when I was eating it. The soft taco shell was hard around the edges. I ordered a side of nacho cheese and recieved a ¼ of the container full. 0 sauce packs that I asked for.

I do door dash and I tend to get food at places also when delivering, I've never had any problems at this taco bell. There always sick with the food, friendly workers, and the food has yet to be nasty here so far.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. You roll the dice at the drive through.
I ordered and paid online as I prefer my food slightly different then the menu.
Nothing was right but they added a food item I didn’t order. Sorry to who ever got shorted.

I guess when employees simply don't care. Tacos all grease, cracked shells, wrapped in a manner, just thrown in, a mess. Mexican pizza raw and sloppy. Not worth the money for slop. Last visit here for me. No pride, just slap it in, throw it in the box mentality, we don't care, next.

The teenagers who work there are not very smart. You ask for one thing and get another. They need to go back to school and learn how to read and write and follow directions

Clean, efficient, and delicious. Staff were friendly and prices were low. Location is dated but the staff have maintained it well. No issues here, I recommend.

I love this Taco Bell. It’s my favorite fast food stop because the employees are always so kind, they always get your order right, and the food is great! Just wanted to leave a review to thank this location and its workers for how exceptional they are:)

The worst place I've seen in my life, the service is terrible, I warn you if you don't want to ruin your day, I advise you not to come to this place, be careful, not people work here! It was the night shift workers, exactly an employee in this establishment night shift rating 0

Waited in a long line for over 30 mins. Get to the window, paid and received the drink. Order number was 75. They did 76,77 and 78 - all behind me. Asked me to park. Said no I guess everyone is waiting longer! I said why are they doing them out of order? I was told they're not supposed to. Save yourself go somewhere else!

Made a super simple order, 4 chips &cheese with extra cheese for all 4 orders. The employee confirmed that I wanted 4 extra cheeses total, I said yes, my receipt showed that I paid for the extra cheeses but yet when I looked in the bag, no extra cheeses, the order was for my 3 children... So thanks for that.

Service team was friendly, but the food we received in the drive through was not satisfaction. Power bowel was skimmed on beans and guacamole, we asked for no ice in our drink and the 5 layer burrito was smaller than expected and not worth the price…

Management needs to retrain their team members to assemble their meals better.

I only had a few options ordering food this late at night, so I chose this place. There were a few people waiting in parking spots, but the lady working this shift on 4/16/22 was extremely pleasant and took my order down with no issues. She offered to upgrade my small drink to a large, and had my food out to me in a timely manner. Most importantly, however, was the fact that of the four items I ordered, I actually got all four items in the bag. This has been such an issue at other places recently that it prompted me to write a glowing review. Of course, I could be an outlier, but I'll be sure to return to this place for future taco shenanigans.

As for the rating, I ordered a potato taco and the potatoes themselves smelled off, so I didn't risk it. But everything else I got was fine. In short, excellent and timely customer service (a rarity these days), avoid the potatoes.
