Taco Bell, Hazleton PA

I ordered food received wrong food called to ask for general managers name on Sunday night 10: 00pm person answered the phone and refused to give me the general managers name, male answered the phone.

I mean… it’s Taco Bell. I got tacos and no one can complain about tacos, especially when driving for hours on 81

This place is a disgrace. I filled out a application online once I figured it out after I got home bc a few of the employees tried to help me figure it out but to no avail. I called them today to see if my application was looked at or not yet and that when they became very very disrespectful to me. They hung up the phone on me and I thought the call dropped so I called them back because I thought the call dropped see if they looked it over yet not only that that day I filled out the application they told me to call at 2: 00 that the manager that was hiring manager would be there and I can talk to him so I did that well he wasn't there he never showed up that day and I was calling throughout the evening long story short I call in to see if he has had a chance to look at my application yet and I get told I'm crazy I need help I need a doctor I would not recommend this place to anybody

The food was hot but getting served was a challenge, order yourself on the touchscreen. I don’t want to, if I did I’d get a job there. And the dining room area was a mess. Tables sticky and trash around. And it was only 2 in the afternoon.

Hardly anything good on the menu for the entire chain of Taco Bell restaurants. Also, slow service.

I would actually give them ZERO stars. Just placed an online lunch order for a company and spent over $100.00. That includes the delivery fee and the tip when the food arrived there was no sauce. Now I check my receipt and I ordered 13 of each sauce that was available. I called and asked them how they could fix this since I spent a good amount of money there and they told me they cant do anything I would need to pick up the sauce myself. There's a reason I had it delivered! The guy was rude on the phone and clearly they don't care about the customers. Very unhappy and disgusted with this place!

Some of the staff is nice. Most of the employees who take window orders almost always get my order wrong. Don't order uber eats because they just completely mess up the order.

Adalise and mike are the best workers in this store they really know how to do things right they need a raise as soon as possible 5 star from me everytime the store made a mistake on a busy night and they corrected it as a professional should love these guys!

Randy, in the drive-thru, has excellent customer service skills! I stopped going to this Taco Bell a few years ago and figured I would give it another shot this past week. Customer service goes a long way, thanks Randy. I will be returning!

It as an awful experience, it was down pouring and the girl that was running the drive thru kept stopping in the middle of my order telling me she’ll be right with me.by then end of the conversation my door panel was soaked.

This place is not the best the employees do not wash their hands Properly a team member was recently diagnosed with covid and no procedures were taken to clean the restaurant The drink nozzles that they are giving you your drinks out of are disgusting and filled with gunk they're coutheir coffee pots are black the jar the general manager curses at his employees The dishes and utensils are not washed properly
