Taco Bell, Erie PA

Went through the drive through around 9am saturday 12/31/22 and had 3 separate orders with 4 people in the vehicle we was met with extremely rude workers well 2 that was getting smart as if they had an attitude when we got to the window and food was handed to us we realized they gave us no sauce or straw for our drinks so we had to wait at the window until someone seen us and when we told them the lady basically threw a handful of sauces in my daughters hand with an attitude and quickly shut the door and walked away this caught us off guard because we wasn’t being rude and was in good spirits until this happened to us we work down the street from this taco bell so we come here often when the young man is working the window he is always polite and nice idk what was the 2 ladies problem

Perfect place to stop by when your traveling, the place was empty and clean and the service was amazing. Food quality was a lot better than other locations!

How far are you trying to place a $60 order, and they wouldn't take it. They told me that sometimes the website shows it breakfast is over when it's not and he's still wouldn't take the order

This Taco Bell rocks! The drive-thru is so efficient and my order is always accurate! The employees are super friendly and make the experience enjoyable. We love this Taco Bell!

At 9: 15 on May 24 the two gentlemen working the drive-through took the opportunity to degrade and insult their drive-through people. How disappointed I would not recommend going to this place whatsoever if he’s in the visuals are still working there.

The lady working at the window was rude and my food was ice cold. I knew something was up when they gave it to me too soon. Not a pleasant experience and I could sense an attitude problem for this lady that was giving me my food.

They were pretty quick fairly clean store. Our order was correct. However, a lot of other orders while we were there incorrect In fact of the other three diners in the store, two of them had issues. The cashier worked correct the issues promptly. But order accuracy is one of the most important things in fast food.

Probably my favorite Bell in the area. Drive thru service is almost always fast and order always comes out right. Drive thru staff is friendly

I had gone through the drive through today about 6 pm. I got to the window and the team members were such kind young gentleman. They felt so bad they were so short staff that I had to wait a few minutes for my food. It was a non issue for me even with the people behind me honking impatiently l. You could tell the team members were getting frustrated but they kept the positive attitude and kept taking orders. These guys were amazing and so kind even under the pressure they were under.

The person taking my order was helping me when someone interrupted and asked if I wanted to go ahead and order my first item. I only had one item I wanted so I told the lady very nicely I'm trying to make my mind up. The chalupa was very good even though I thought I wouldn't like it I did.

The management here is terrible. They made my whole order wrong, I called the store and they argued with me about what I ordered, and then refused to give me any kind of refund. She laughed when I asked for my money back.

You could tell they were understaffed based on the note at the register that said they were and to use Kiosk. Food came out correct and the dining area was clean.

TB is my favorite fast food. Kinda think they are getting a little expensive though. Use to be a great bargain, not so much anymore.

Walk to taco bell from Pilot gas station being a truck driver truck not allowed at taco bell so went i went to the taco bell door they had a sign due to short of staff the looby is closed so i had to walk thru the drive thru walking thats ridiculuos why because i wasnt busy so those workers had to have the doors open

Normally you get what you expect from a Taco Bell but the last time there the meat was very old, we got take out it wasnt worth going back to complain. The cashiers are friendly and polite.

Filthy. Ice machine is broken, cashier can not think ahead and ask if you want I e. Every customer goes to the machine to find there is no ice then then have to return to the counter to request ice.

There are two Taco Bells near my house. One is a 7 minute drive away. The other is 12 minutes away. This is the Taco Bell that takes me 12 minutes to get to. Those extra 5 minutes are worth it every single time.

Definitely one of the cleaner and friendlier taco bell location in Erie, probably because it is a fairly new store. Not much else to say

Absolutely aweful custumer service. Didn't give us half of the food. Female worker was unbelievable rude. Screaming at customers after they place a dine order at 8 pm. Skip this taco bell. I'd like some one from cooperate see how they treat customers. I'd be embarrassed.

I placed online pickup order from Taco Bell after I went around 11: 00 PM last night for pickup. I knocked front door because one guy locked from inside after I try to reach out by call about my pickup order but he refused to serve me because I didn’t had car because I am professional driver so I requested him & asked him if I can come drive thru by walk because none of vehicle was there but he said I can’t. Service staff wasn’t agree to cooperate to serve.
