This is not hard.it's fast food. I can't believe you guys want more money. I didn't ask for extra tomatoes. I wanted none.thank you for not having put my cinnamon twist for my son.now I have a crying kid.nice work.extra spicy quesadilla it's not about speed.it's about accuracy you don't deserve more money

I have ordered online through the app 3 different times now and each time my order has been messed up. Added random ingredients that don’t belong on the food to the items, and will not follow request for things like sour cream to not be added. Very dangerous business for people with allergies or restricted diets. Do not recommend ordering on the app.

If i could leave 100 stars i would. Michelle, the manager, deserves an entire private island.maybe a planet? I don’t know she needs something.i ordered delivery via the app and the driver left half my order behind and when i asked her about it when she handed it to me, just said it’s not her problem.i called the store, not to complain about the driver since i know that’s not their fault but just for a refund on the items i didn’t get. Michelle answered and went above and beyond above and beyond.i fully believe if there was another manager available to stay behind she would’ve personally brought my items to me.the whole tattoo shop is in agreement that Michelle is VIP here now. 5billion out of 10 would recommend Michelle as new taco bell CEO.

Everything here is decent - we've been here multiple times and normally have good and fresh food. The service is fine, but nothing exceptional. The drive thru line can be extremely long sometimes, so it's recommended to come when it's not during peak times. But overall, it's a solid location.

Grossest thing ever is a cinnamon twist without the cinnamon/sugar!

In 20+ yrs of going to taco bell I've never had one without and let me tell you it's gross!

I can get free ones to replace the two orders I paid for but I'm not from Lancaster so I'll leave the warning to everyone here.

Place is a mess…a few minutes after I came in I did see one employee starting to sweep. Although it needs a whole lot more then just sweeping. Im actually surprised its still open. The bathroom was disgusting as well.

Ordered doordash. Confirmed my order. Took almost an hour preparing it. My dasher arrived at the taco bell and waited for another half hour. Went in and asked what the holdup was, only to be told they “never recieved it. ” And were having “system issues”. Despite confirming my order? Horrible.

So the food is fine but the air conditioner should not be on in the winter its slightly colder inside then outside, because the kitchen gets hot doesnt mean crank up the a.c its incondsiderate towards the customers, and i should know i use to work for Taco Bell

Used to be better but like, covid killed a lot of things. I know what to expect when going to Taco Bell. The staff seems pretty young, but are all polite and up to the task. Honestly it's the quality of food that's gone down and I don't really blame them for that.

We came to this tacobell last week and ordered 8 items. 7 of the 8 items were made improperly. I called and the manager was super sweet and apologetic, she told us she would replace our entire order and must have said she was sorry 100 times. Today I went to get the order replaced, the manager on staff today gave me non stop dirty looks. I opened the bag and noticed one item was made wrong, and the manager gave me an attitude when I wanted it to be fixed. We get to the car and get home, which is a 5 minute drive, and the one burrito was so inceedibky messy, with the wrong sauce on it. I called again and the manager was full of attitude and disrespectful

Ordered at the drivethru. I'm waiting for my food and this random guy hands me a single sauce packet that says "take me home". He doesn't say anything and eventually dips out before some other guy hands me my food.

10/10. Would come here again. That was hilarious.

This place at night is the worst place to go. Nothing but kids who don’t wanna open up fresh bags of food, so the cleanup is easier to handle later. Unfair to customers paying 20 for 3 items. Just because there’s inflation shouldn’t justify the lack of servings a customer should get. If they used their scooper properly, maybe customers can have the feeling they are actually full. Not the case here. The afternoon shift is horrible.

Everything was fine it took a little bit to get my food and a little bit of time for the server to come there were very busy and looked understaffed it took a little longer than I wanted to get but the food was good

Got 2 cravings boxes, they forgot the Chalupas and gave us hard shell tacos when we asked for soft. Came home and realized the problem, went back to taco bell and they gave as 2 chicken chalupas and 1 beef, they were all supposed to be beef.

I love this Taco Bell. I go 2+ times a week because I'm a broke teenager and they provide great food for so cheap. I absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone seeking good food, service, and experience.

The young girl at the window was very rude and rushed us to grab everything she gave us.some of my tacos were cold while others were just somewhat warm.the quesadilla was not cut at all.the soda machine must’ve been out of syrup because the soda tastes awful

Friendly staff, quick service, good food. Soda machines a bit noisy when you get your drinks. And they may not have stocked there sauces in the dinning room, so you may have to ask. But besides that, very good.
