Employees will leave you sit there well they joke around looking at you waiting for 20 minutes just to order never going back management is very very poor

Walk in order takes forever. Your best bet is the drive thru. Even if you order food online still got to wait additional 20 to 30 minutes. Whats the point ordering food online? Still mess up my order smh.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I came here and walked inside because my son and I were going to sit down and eat. I had cash to use. No one, and I mean no one said hi, no one said, it will just be a minute, nothing. It was busy so I understand a wait, but no one even acknowledged our presence. And we weren’t the only ones waiting at the counter, one gentleman who had waited longer was very angry-I mean we stood there for 15 minutes with nothing. -who knows how long the gentleman had been there. All they were worried about was the drive through, and that line wasn’t going to stop, but the people who had been waiting in line were waiting for much longer than all the new cars that entered the drive through line. To not even have l been acknowledged was a real issue with me. 2 guys ahead of me left without getting anything-think they were a pick up service. I soon after left with nothing, not even a hello. I’m seeing this more and more with Taco Bell’s…it’s like they forgot the patrons that walk in the door. This is a friday before Father’s Day-I would have thought the lunch shift would be covered better for the traffic. If it’s a low staff situation-I get it, but how do you completely ignore customers. So disappointing.

The staff is lazy when i asked for root beer they said they were out of order when i know they didn’t want to walk to the dining room to get me root beer.i asked CAITLYN OR KATLYN the girl at the window why i couldn’t have root beer she said “out of order” i then said oh you don’t want to walk to get me some? She said “no i dont” being rude to me, and then KEEGAN another worker got me some and said “im not lazy i’ll get you want you want as a customer” they were rude and mean to their own coworker because he got me root beer as i asked.lol hate me for this comment idc but keegan deserves better and so do taco bell customers who just want some crisp root beer

This is a well run Taco Bell. Never seem to have an issue with my order and staff are usually friendly. 4/5 stars only because it is still just T-Bell

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LATE NIGHT CREW DID NOT WANT TO TAKE MY ORDER AFTER TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT MY SEMI TRUCK DOES NOT FIT IN A DRIVE THRU.

Everything was good it was a big order that day when I went to this Taco Bell they handled it quite well the food is always excellent. This Taco Bell seems to be run well.

I got my order online for pick up at 1: 15 and literally every taco that I got was so cold my hard taco fell apart at the bottom because of the beef.and this bean burrito I requested was for no tomatoes and that’s literally the only thing I got I’m so mad why can’t people do there job! I spend my hard working money I get here because they USED to be good I’ll never get there food again if they can’t follow simple directions.
Im very unhappy

90% of the time employees are very friendly and orders have consistently been correct. Also, the cherry Pepsi is the best here.

Drive thru moves fast, little hard to get into the parking lot if coming in from the mall. Food is standard Taco Bell taste, never looks as good as the pictures.

This location sucks.multiple times they have given us straight up beef when we requested vegetarian. The last time we went here, the cinnamon twists tasted how burnt plastic smells. The service is never speedy, even when we order ahead (ordering 20 minutes or so before arriving). The staff are ok to deal with, but that doesn't make up for all of the negatives. This place is just convenient because it is within walking distance to sesame place. I guess just walk a little further to Chick fil a or Wawa if you don't want plastic to eat.

Only got 1 item. It was missing 2 ingredients.that are standard. There was no lettuce and no sour cream on a crunchwrap supreme. Disappointed.

This is definitely my favorite taco bell in the area. We drive an extra 5min just to go to this one instead of the other 3 closer to us lol. They really pay attention to what they're doing and rarely make mistakes especially with customized orders. If they do, they fix it right away when you tell them. This location is doing something right, kudos to the management and staff.

Everytime I go here and request beans instead of beef, I get beef. They never listen to me and when I try to get my money back they don’t refund me. I won’t eat the beef, yet they won’t give my money back when my orders not correct.

The drive through line was super long so we decided to go in for take out. We ordered on the self-service kiosk and it took 29-mins to receive our meal 3 hard tacos and 1 soft. They had the more experienced staff at the drive through window and the very confused newbies prepping food for the take out guests. Plus the floor in the kitchen was dirty. So dirty. Only reason this gets 2 stars is because they gave me a few coupons when I complained. Dine at your own risk
