Taco Bell, Shippensburg PA

Expensive as Hell, the lady forgot every single condiment that we asked for and was kind enough tongive us none, and the food was skimpy and slop. For this price, literally every and any other choice would be a better one. The only reason to come here is because the kids won't shut up about going to Taco Bell, but seriously.they ain't paying those bills and and those house destroying tax deductions can eat where ever we take them.

The staff was super friendly! The lobby was the cleanest I've ever seen any fast food restaurant! Granted, I went late, around nine at night, the workers could've been tired and ready for the day to just be over with as this location is rather busy especially throughout the day with the Students from the University so to see them with good attitudes made my day!

The worst service ever, the women who was serving was really rude, I wouldn’t recomendable this place

I went to another one md street to get a refill on my ice tea and they didn't call me carry the sweet and unsweetened ice tea.very disappointed in that part.this was at Shippensburg PA.

Needed a quick meal while on the run and it was delivered. No issues with consistancy from here.

Taco Bell and KFC combined restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious. I'm disappointed that they didn't have the $5 cravings box. Clean and bright seating area. Small parking lot. Has public restrooms.

Part of our order was prepared incorrectly but quickly remade. Staff was friendly. It was very cold inside this location.

$24.33 got me two tortilla shells with almost no chicken or contents on the quesadillas, one chicken sandwich, two medium drinks. Tell me how that is worth $24.33? They failed to give me the hot sauce I asked for, weren't professional at all. These fast food workers ask for higher pay? They'd best start with a higher standard if this is what they do consistently. I generally don't complain but this was terrible. I could have gone down the road to a diner, spent less, gotten legitimately better food, service. Better environment, and that'd be including leaving a tip. Horrible.

Spent $100 on food, the person taking order was rude was pulled around and then ask for sauce she said go in and get it, went in then got home 2 items missing and went back to get chicken chalupa and half way home realized it was beef. What a bad experience

I’ve been a repeat offender of this place and have NEVER had a good experience! First time, I ordered the 3 supreme tacos from the drive thru and had to pull out front to wait for my order, which was odd because they didn’t have one customer there. I gave the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they were making on—the—spot fresh tacos.
Get up the road and realize they didn’t supply napkins, and when I went to open up a taco its contents fell all over my lap because it wasn’t entirely wrapped up. The tacos were sloppy joes basically and the first one was warm while the other 2 were cold? Nice! Thanks
The next time; even worse, ordered the new steak bowl…. The little amount of steak was diced, smaller than the onion, and looked nothing like the advertisement! Was extremely disappointed. Because I was craving it and it was smaller than a kid sized meal, cost over 9$ and tasted awful.
The LAST time there, I was doing a 3 strikes your out deal to see if anything had improved. Ordered the 3 supreme meal again and it was worse than the first time I was there. Hardly any meat in it, and the sour cream made up the entire taco. It was a sour cream taco! How disappointing to see the same staff there doing this ‘horrible thing to them’ called ‘customer service’ work. Because they truly are not trying to serve their customers with satisfaction! I told my friends and family about it to save them from despair! Sadly, we all have to travel now to get our fix from Taco Bell and KFC! It’s worth the drive to the next town over because we know we’re getting quality food and it’s always prepared properly. I don’t recommend wasting your time and money at the Shippensburg location. At least not until they clean house and get a new team that has sufficient training in hospitality and management! This location can be saved, hopefully? !?

They remodeled and the seats are so comfortable now! It's much brighter and cleaner. There are new menu items to choose from. The chicken sandwiches are a hot. Very good!

It's not bad, but it's not great. Everything is meh, prices, food, quality. Check your bag and make sure you have everything you ordered.

Last time I went here it took 5mins for someone to answer the drive through and nobody else was there

Food is okay.
Staff are ehhh. Not understanding why dine in is never an option!
And prices are driving us further away! 25$ for 12 thrown together tacos that have very little meat? !? !?

Every time I go here they get my order wrong. I do not eat beef and make it very clear to sub beef for beans every time I order and majority of the time they get it wrong. DO NOT EAT HERE. I could have a severe allergy but that doesn’t matter since I’m customizing an order and that’s too much for them. Also, their lines are always way too long, had to wait about 25 minutes.

I ordered from both KFC and Taco Bell. Spent $44 for 3 people. Main problem was that when we got home and unpacked it, we were missing the taco bell items. I went back but decided the wait was too long for me by that point. This is not the first time this happened with this location.
