Taco Bell, Lemoyne PA

Normally Taco Bell is great but for some reason today was not their day. The kid working the window barely knew what was going on, they were out of large cups, mountain dew, and mango Fiesta. When charging the card they claimed it declined twice before coming back out with needing the pin, which usually does. Just everything didn't go well and I won't be returning for a while to this specific location.

The drive through enployee didn't give us our entire order, failed to inform us of products being out of various products in our order before we were at the drive through and on top of everything else was rude when we asked about the rest of our order also the tacos were clearly left overs from lunch rush

We went through the drive through and placed our orders, I got the chicken chalupas. There was basically no chicken in it. All lettuce and cheese.

The employees were friendly and welcoming. The burrito tasted amazing, and the nacho potatoes were perfect.

Some manager must be trying to game the system to make drive through time seem quicker. I've been asked multiple different times to pull around to the front for my order at this location which makes the wait time much longer.

Good was okay but when I was leaving my car was wet since there was working that were not on a break we’re throwing water balloons and my windows were open so the inside of my car was wet

I am giving it 4 stars because I didn't dine in, I just ordered for delivery, but I must say I have to give credit where it's due. Everytime I order delivery the bag is packages so neatly with napkins on top and double sealed for tamper safe. Great job guys on eving shift! I've been ordering the past few nights between 5pm and 8pm. Keep up the great work!

The menu board had one price and they charged me a dollar more. Rather than fixing the price to reflect what was advertised on their sign they made excuses and got mad at me for telling them it is illegal to charge more than your posted price.

So I go into the drive thru and thru say they were no longer taking orders because they were trying to fulfill online orders as priority. There was a long drive thru line and to be honest I feel they didn't want to take my order because they were being lazy! What a waste of time and I had to wait in the drive thru anyway for 20 mins with no food!

Stale food and the place was dirty. There was one tiny table that wasn't dirty, all the rest were filthy. Please take pride in your restaurant and keep it clean so that we can dine in.

I really enjoy this Taco Bell. The staff are all easy-going and attentive. Drive-through is quick and efficient.

Every single time I order a black bean crunchwrap with no sour cream or cheese, I always have either sour cream, cheese, or beef in it. I'm vegan, and now I go to a farther taco bell that actually gets my orders right

Received our DoorDash order only to pull a 14” blonde hair out of my crunch wrap supreme after it was nearly an hour late. Stick to the one on the Carlisle Pike
PS. Before I hear the “are you sure it’s not your hair” BS. MY HAIR IS BLUE

Walked in yesterday around 11: 30 am. Worker was at the register with her head down talking on the phone. 5 mins later she finally acknowledged me and told me she wasn't working and would go get someone to take my order. 8 mins later no one helped. Left and saw 2 workers in the back office and 2 workers outside. Spoke to 2 workers outside for who knows what and asked if anyone works here?
Lady outside said yes. So who works here?
Who manages this place? I wish the owner would visit this unprofessional establishment.

Not the nicest looking taco bell. The communication was a little poor was sure when my order came out not cause the person was hard to understand. The food was alright, but I have had better at other taco bells.

Ordered through the drive threw but had to go in to get my order corrected for them to say there was nothin wrong. Sorry but if u order food through the drive and they can't get the order right what do u expect the customer to do
