Taco Bell, Middletown PA

I've been eating here semi regular since it's next to where I work. Food is either really good or inedible. Today I noticed they have been hiding ground beef in my items from the vegetarian menu.

It's sub par for even a taco bell. They skimp on portions compared to other taco bells. Rather go to the one down by Mount Joy.

Dont go to this location. We ordered chips and received almost exactly 6 or 7 chips. Terrible service

Practically no chicken in chicken soft tacos, they were also rolled up like a burrito, definitely not worth $2.49 each. My bean burrito with beef wasn't folded correctly and leak alot of the filling out. I understand that It gets busy, but come on I would like to feel that I got what I paid for. Taco Bell you can do much better!

The food was hot and fresh, no mistakes were made and the service was above expectations. Best Taco Bell experience ever.

Great, great food. Got the 3 soft Taco Supreme deal! And to go I got a soft Taco Supreme and a hard Taco Supreme! And the service was great! The lady that waited on me was very, very nice. And it was during lunch rush and everybody was working together. The food was coming at a good pace. Again, great employees great food. Had a great time at Taco Bell!

I was ordering on the self ordering machine and came across a small issue where it wouldn't load. I asked for help at the front counter and a kind young lady quickly hopped on the register and put in my order. The food came out for me within like a minute or two but while we waited I struck up a pleasant conversation with the lady. This was my first experience at a Taco Bell and I can confidently say that I will be returning to order more of the surprisingly good options for a good value.

Quick service. Good food. Clean store. A bit tricky to get into and I didn't know it existed. I love the happy hour specials on drinks. Good music also. I like how sauces were available in dining room and how food was automatically bagged in case of leftovers.

You usually know what you're getting from Taco Bell, best fast food. What you don't know is how the staff will be. This one was on point and the store was clean.

Staff always seems glad to be there and to serve, the food is always in great shape, cant complain about anything

This is the best taco bell I have been to in the area.they make it right and it doesn't taste just like slop.

Ana R with the pink and orange nail looked friendly but was extremely rude and forgot my friends drink. She called us excessive because we had a large order? Idk bro was just rude

Forgot to add something to my order so went to payment window and asked to please add something to my order and they said they couldn't add to the order. First drive-thru I went through that can't add on to initial order. You'd think they'd encourage more sales. Guess not

This location is never open when they are supposed to be. There is never a sign that they are closed the doors are just locked during business hours. And when they are open the grilled items are never grilled, but super soggy. The burritos are poorly put together. No matter if I’m the only customer or there’s a line the quality of the food is poor.

Employees are too lazy to take your order and demand that you do their job for them And order on the computer because they can't be bothered to do there job standing around is more important don't waste your time

Quick service, clean restaurant, bathrooms available. Staff was friendly. A nice road trip stop.

I ordered 2 beef cheese and lettuce soft taco and instead I 1 with beef and 1 with chicken I don't like chicken which is why I ordered beef the person who took my order even repeated it back to me and still got it wrong
