Taco Bell, York PA

I introduced my sister to the grilled cheese burrito (my favorite). My only issue is the restaurant doesn't serve Coca Cola products. Great value

The guy in the drive through was a smart a** because I wanted to confirm what I ordered was correct! Got 3 hard tacos and the one taco was so soggy and literally a teaspoon of meat on my soggy taco! The boyfriend's burrito was nasty too! Now I know why we don't ever eat there! DISGUSTING! NEVER AGAIN!

No Volcano menu items available at this location, despite the media hyping people up to come out. I haven't eaten from Taco Bell in over a year, because of disappointment every time with portion, quality, presentation, AND ESPECIALLY the negative attitude from the employees. I finally give in to give it another chance, and the most advertised items are not available after multiple days of trying.

What can I say, it's Taco Bell. I never know what to expect at fast food places anymore, but I was really happy with this store.it was clean, the staff seemed to be in a pleasant mood, especially the girl at the front. We ordered soft taco supremes and cheesy gordita crunches. And of course had Baja Blast to drink. Overall experience was great.

I have one complaint. Please bring back the chili cheese burrito.

I understand that it is hard to find decent employees these days, but come on! Went through the drive thru with a mobile order. I got my drink and then the manager came up to the window, and asked if I had the mobile order. Not just once, but twice. Even after I verbally and visually expressed I was, both times. I'm assuming that he was high because he looked dazed and confused. His eyes were squinted during the entire conversation. Then I received my food from a girl with stars painted on her face. Her personality and greeting had much to be desired. She spoke to me at no time. I didn't even get a smile nor acknowledgement that she was breathing. I've delt with dead fish with more personality then her. Not sure if it had something to do with my skin color or not, but the person in front of me must have received all the personality she could muster up for the day. Maybe because the employee and the person in front of my car, were both the same skin tone.
The employee just pushed two open bags out the window in a manner that spoke negative volume. But not only all this happened, I DID NOT receive one of the items that I had payed for. Definately not going back if this happens again.
It's a shame because this was one of the better TacoBells around my area.

We had 2 separate orders and that seemed to get the person taking our order flustered. We were going through the drive through.

Slop, that is what I paid $10.06 for. I don't even know what I was eating in that burrito. What a rip off. Don't waste your money at Taco Bell

Hey thanks Taco Bell for giving me a large cup which I did not ask for a large so you up charge me without asking me if that's what I wanted but back to the main point thanks for giving me a large cup 3/4 of the way filled with ice I'm glad you charge me that much money for 6 oz of liquid. What makes it worse is that I asked for light ice. And I get a large cup filled 3/4of the way with ice.

HALF OF OUR FOOD WAS ICE COLD; but the guy working the drive thru did make it right, I just pulled through the drive thru again. The employees there, did made me what was cold over again but right this time, and it was good! I love taco bell but it seems like no matter where u go anymore it's more of a hassle than a convenience! We got 2 soft tacos, a chicken and cheese Chicken Quesadilla and a crunchy supreme wrap or something (i didnt order the last 2 items.) But all together our total was roughly about (20$)

Used the drive thru. Staff appeared very busy through the window. Staffer apologized for a wait that did not seem that long at all to me.
Food was hot and to order. Staffer pleasantly replied to an additional request for extra sauce packets.

Last time we came here they was closed early.not sure if it was a worker issue but we came this time and was open but got a crunchy wrap but tasted mainly like cheese. I think it was missing the crunchy shell in it

I ordered my food Through door - Dash It was ice cold soggy soggy but that was not because of Taco Bell it was because the doordash driver picked up too many orders and got our order way too like to ask I will never use doordash again

I ordered the fried chicken. It was fresh and hot. Employees were pleasant service with a smile chicken Bussin
